Hi all, well done to all loser and to those that STS.
Well done frogga on making the next stonage downKeep going, you know you can do it
I got bought chocolates so have been munching them ... they're not gone yet as it was a bumper batch from a trip abroadTrying to limit myself and succeeding so far
Food today:
soaked oats with raisins, nana and syrup (should really ditch the syrup but I like it)
lunch - was yummy - roasted sweet potatoes, red pepper and red onion with a tin of skinless boneless salmon - not very low fat but it tasted GOOD!!!
Tea is barley stuffed peppers with salmon fillets (kinda overdose on salmon but never mind - I like it)
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I also do not weigh myself very often- as lots of things cause weight fluctuation. Time of day, time of month, how much water you have drank. I feel weighing yourself puts too much pressure on you. I find it better to see how you look in your clothes - you can tell if you have lost weight if your clothes are looser. Eat what you want - just stop when you feel full.0

That weetabix advert makes me queasy when they have just yoghurt on their weetabix and I always say but that wont make it all nice and soggy!

My problem is that I'm never full.:wall: :wall: :wall: If left alone, I could eat all day and never stop -its actually quite frightening. Its also a reason why diets don't work for me.
My only way to control my weight is to work on looking after myself mentally and physically. In other words work at not binging, but eating in control. Making sure I don't eat for comfort, but for nutrition and in someways enjoyment.
Really difficult though - any one else any thoughts on this   :question:There is no need to run outside
