Nicky~I wouldent advise a consolodation loan either.
5 years s a long time to tie yourself into for a loan.

Nicky...wise old bird here ( you cheeky frog...will get back to you!)
I would agree not to take out a consolidation loan...talk to someone on DFW board, sit down and do an honest and careful budget review and call in any debts that you are owed, close the account as soon as you have paid it off, cut up your credit card and concentrate on clearing both debts if only in baby steps.
Have eaten reasonably to-day but feel as if I have put on a stone to-night...more barley water needed I think.
Sleep well all

Please, please, please, think very carefully about having a consolidation loan, we used to do them as we believed we were doing the right thing, i.e only one payment per month, it's does not quite work out that way, we are now in serious financial debt, although managing to work our way through it, who knows what can happen in 5 years, I'm sure even the great man himself :money: would advise against consolidation loans.
As for everyone else wakey wakey peeps :grouphug:
Here you go peeps, before you face your challenges for the day, start of with a nice cup of :coffee: :rotfl:

Good Morning Guys :hello:
Been up sinse 3am watching the OlympicsI got up for a wee and thought I'd have a quick peek to see what was happening and then I got into it all and couldn't go back to bed
I'll pay for it later as I'll be a tired grumpy frog and I have a friend comming round for a coffee this afternoon
Really chuffed that I managed to get through yesterday without over eating. The first day after a break is always the toughest and today will be much easier. Had a wobble around 5 O clock when I wanted to stuff toast but a quick txt to RS put me straight. To anyone struggling I recommend getting an RS. It's a very helpfull WL aid, but don't any of you dare pinch mine

Hi Frogga, and a BIG well done. I think sometimes we get complacent and think losing weight can be easy, BUTS ITS NOT. Value your achievement and give yourself a big hug with kisses to boot!!!!!
Secondly I'm presuming RS is a real Sponsor?? I'm a big talker - probably because I have a big mouth, but before I started looking after myself more, i was a quiet little goose who abused himself internally. Well no longer sister!!!! - I get those feelings out to any old snap, crackle or pop (but like frogga i have a special snap). It was hard at first becasue i presumed people would think i was a sissy but now i don't care - i want to be happy - and when i binge i'm anything but.....
Have a good day folks!!!! Enjoy your cuppa's!!!!There is no need to run outside
