See I was wrong:cool:
Well done on the damage limitation Frogga, I just worry when you are not here. Two stone this year is great... I know it's three steps forward one step back most of the time but as long as the general trend is that that needle is getting closer to 10 stone thats all that matters.
I don't think you realise how much everyone wants you to succeed
Jeez I need a sick bag and a big fat bout of PMT:p0 -
Hi all, weigh in day was yesterday for me - 4lb loss so I'm very happy with that :T Celebrated in style
3 glasses red wine, tiramisu, carrot cake and yorkie (not all in one sitting......although it has been known to happen in the past  ) DH is working odd hours this week and having him around during the daytime does nothing for my waistline

Hi everyone,
Not had the best of days today, been snacking all day. Not felt hungry enough for a full meal but feel like rubbish now. Me and my friend have decided we're re-joining sw tomoro. It worked brilliantly for me last time i went so hoping for simmilar results this time too. I'm sick of working hard and not getting anything back in return for it.
Slightly off subject- does anyone else have a catalogue? i've had mine for ages and recently my min payments have shot through the roof. I've just recieved my lastest bill and my min payment is £171 for a balance of 2700 (not all mine). My bank has offered me a loan that would clear that and my visa but i'm in two minds of what i should do. The loan is over 5yrs but i can make overpayments without extra charge. What do you think? Any advice welcome thanks.

Just a quickie .........................
Hi NickyI'm crap with advise about money but I bet some of the others will help, they'll be along in the next day or two with advise just give them time. You could post a question on the DFW board too they might be able to help. Stop worrying about it either way. NOTHING will change no matter how hard you worry (I will lay money MeanMarie will say that later and she's a wise old bird;) ) so it's a pointless exercise. Look after yourself :grouphug:

When I write it all down it doesn't look quite so bad but I feel really grotty and upset with myself and I know I have put a good few pounds on.
I find this too. I will think I've totally blown my day away and then i'll sit down and work it out and most of the time I'm pleasantly suprised. Its what I do then - sometimes I'll think "great I can eat more", but most of the time I think well done lad for stopping and try and plan the rerst of the day to make sure I finish it positively. There is no need to run outside

Nicky, only go for the consolidation loan if you are absolutely 100% sure you will a) close your catalogue account b) close your visa account and cut up the card and c) not take on any more credit.
Been there done that. Got 6 consolidation loans (I think - can't even remember) Each time promised myself I'd only use my visa card in "emergencies" - ended up married, in heaps of debt, with OH out of work and with no-one willing to give me another "consolidation" loan or even extend my overdraft by £100. I was taking out cash on the visa cards to pay minimum payments
A serious messGetting sorted now though thanks to this site
But seriously, if you can possible afford to - find another way to pay it off.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0
