Our blackberrries in the garden are magnificent. They are bigger and juicier than wild ones, which round here are not quite ready. We have had three large bowlfuls from just one plant.
I have lost 1/2lb this week. Very pleased indeed. The medication for the high cholesterol has had a good effect and I'm feeling better. The following article has been helpful to me, plus the foods to avoid sheet.

My target for August is 2lb loss.

  • Well done you M.E.:T

Very quiet on here today, hope everyone's been out enjoying the sunshine...... had a bit of an iffy start but it turned out glorious here this afternoon so went for a walk with my friend and her 2 girls. Didn't think to go prepared for blackberrying so had to make do with a doggy poop bag full (unused!!) and leave the rest behind...... know where we'll be heading next weekend armed with plenty of tubs and carrier bags!

Just a 'nana for brekkie today, lunch was pitta with tuna and salad, and tea was ham, new spuddies and mixed veg followed by strawberry yog. Been good all week again so got my fingers crossed for tomorrow morning's weigh in...... good luck to anyone else clambering on the scales too!!
