Well I have lost a grand total of 1/2lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not impressed as I weighed myself midweek and I had lost 3 lbs!!!

Went to seaside on friday and had some sweets and fish and chips-although I took most of the batter off!!

Had a bottle of red over the weekend and an indian so must have been that!! Well atleast it`s a loss and not a gain.

T was going to be toad in the hole, but thats bad? if I cook in Remoska with no fat and quorn sausage do you think it will be ok,with just veg? trying to cook the same main meal for all.

*slaps on smiley face and forces a smile* Morning ladies!

Thanks Toni! I didn't realise I'd made my target.

Still not sure what's happening on the home front, OH came back yesterday as he had an interview yesterday afternooon so we postponed our 'serious talk' until tonight.

I've just had a loveley brekkie though, I wasn't hungry when I got up so I put some oats in a tupperbox with raisins, almonds and some rice milk, I've just nuked it for 2mins and it's gorgeous!!
That should keep me going until lunch, I've got pea and rocket soup with a slice of bread:naughty: and some fruit.
Not sure if I'll be hungry tonight but I will try to eat something..

Well done all the losers and STSers :T

I have just had a 1hr walk to the garden centre and back..so thats a bit of exercise -as the rest of the day will be spent on my bum..on the sofa..x stitching :p

    Meals today:-

    Hi all,

Had a really good day yesterday - know it wasn't perfect, but life isn't. Most important thing was that I was in control - and I did'nt want to binge

    Today's food

    B- 3 wheetabix and mil
L - Costco Baked potato and chilli (I hope)
    S - 3 x Jelly
D - Liver, bacon and beetroot

Today I'm out as you can see at Costco during lunch hour probably so think its reasonable to eat then - Baked Spud is reasonably healthy - its just the topping - so no cheese today ( treated myself yesterday)

hope everyone has a great day

    BIG HUGS

Well done crockpot for losing 1/2 pound. I sometimes (always) think I should be losing more weight - I guess we all do, but i'm starting to appreciate the slower / constant weight loss approach. Not easy I grant you, but I've been yo-yo ing for the last xxxx years and its got me no-where.

Anyway have a fabulous day again everyone, big hugs
