    Morning all,

Hoping I can get straight back on the wagon after last night (even though there are still muffins in the kitchen). Its raining so all my best laid plans to go in the garden are up in smoke. Might bake some bread instead but then that usually ends up with me eating breat and butter!

B: Not sure yet, maybe porridge or scrambled eggs
L: Probably won't have any as its late
D: Going out to Nantwich tonight to a pub so will have to see whats suitable but if I don't have anything else today I should be fine for choices :)

    Have a great day all

By the way -those choc/cranberry brownies i posted the other day are only 140cals, or 2.5WW points and are a serious choc hit for those TOTM moments ;) super yummy if kept in the fridge/freezer ;)

Hi there everyone, seen this site before, but never posted.

Just to introduce myself, I struggle with food and eating in general, so I keep a diary, but I do like the idea of recording my food on here and getting loads of tips (already going through the other pages). Not sure if I'll stick but i'll just see how it goes - hope everyone's ok with that???

Yesterday I was a bit piggy
    Breakfast: 3 wheetabix and milk
Lunch: Store bought tin of soup and 1 piece of bread and ham
Snack: Bowl of frozen fruit and yoghurt
Dinner: Vege type product meal with vege bites and beetroot
Snack: Bowl of frozen fruit and yoghurt

    Today so far

Breakfast: Just the 3 wheetabix and milk

My other problem is i know my eating is too narrow - tend to keep it this way to avoid snacking, but do tend to get bored so need to challenge myself. Hate salad, but love veggies.

Sorry for blathering on.. hope to get to know some of you over the next few weeks
