When we got married I was nearly 10 stone, and I thought I was HUGE  We had a VERY (2 witnesses at the RO) small wedding, a quick "I DO" and then down to the beach for Fish and ChipsSo we're gonna take the Tadpoles to the same spot and the same chippy this afternoon , God we really know how to live dont we? :rotfl:
I actually got through a whole day yesterday without bingeing so I am REALLY chuffed. Once I've got day 1 under my belt day 2 is much easier.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Congratulations Frogga, heres to many more years
I am absolutely delighted to report today that I have lost 2 lb which means that things are shifting again after my digestion being dodgy for quite some time. I feel a million dollars today and its helped by knowing I am off for 2 whole weeks!!!! Not going away anywhere, just using up holiday else I lose it so plenty of time for gardening, swimming and baking :T
B: Banana and apple
L: Seedy roll with tunaFish pie with carrots, broccoli and green beans
S: Not sure yet, might have an ice cream cone later (with a scoop of ice cream in it before anyone says)

well done floyd:TDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi all. Off to Scarborough with a friend today. Weather a bit iffy but we're going to the theatre to see 2 plays so hopefully won't get too wet. Might manage a walk on the seafront at teatime.
Not sure what I'll be eating but have decided as my life involves lots of trips like this I must try to make wise food choices and learn to enjoy them. Must also get organised and take healthy stuff with me.
