Congratulations to the Froggi Couple! Hope you've enjoyed your slap-up fish supper:p

Hmmmmmmmmmm well, sort of. Had no Fish as obviously I don't eat fish, and thought I'd better not have any chips as that might start a binge so I had a bottle of Orange Juice while the others stuffed their chips

Had a salad sarnie when I came home. Really have wanted to pigout today but I resisted. It's only day 2 for heavens sake and I thought RS would kill me if I gave in already so I didn't ;)

Still confused about switching the leccy. Confused and peed off

Have a good evening Peeps xxxxxxx

    Evening all :D

Well i have just had my dinner...nommy nom ynom nom :p -in the end, i sauted of some more patty pan, aubergine, onions, pepers n mushrooms, added some sweetcorn that was opened in the fridge then added a dollop of cream cheese and a dollop of wholegrain mustard -then folded in some smoked salmon -this time i had it with rice and frozen peas and it was actually nicer than when i did it with pasta :j -only had rice n peas as i was doing hubby chilli i froze the other week and couldn't be bothered to do pasta for myself :o

That has cleared out the part aubergine, part cream cheese and the end of the tin of sweetcorn from the fridge :T although i still have some of the pack of smoked salmon -so will have that for lunch tomorrow whilst hubby golfs ;) -Not bad 50c for the salmon and it has done 3 meals :D

Have been sat on my behind x stitching most of the day :D and im off back to do more now ;)
    Have a great evening all

Happy anniversary to Mr and Mrs Frogga!

Beanielou, nasty toothache ((hugs)) and if anyone else needs a hug here's some ((((hugs))))

    I have today had:
B - gold top milky coffee
L - half a buttered harvester baguette from Somerfield, with ham in it (didn't eat the other half), a few chilli coated nuts and a chunk of mint aero
D - 1/3 of a gammon grill, a few home cooked chips and a slice of tinned pineapple, followed by saffron and pistachio (indian-style) ice cream from Mr A with two more slices of tinned pineapple

It's a no-snack day! :D I ignored ALL the snacks and choc that I saw while I was out shopping so I feel good.

  • Hello everyone - it's late and I haven't been at the computer much today but have just caught up with today's posts.

Hope the toothache is feeling better Beanielou!

Alex - what is Gold top? Is it different sort of milk?

HAd day 2 without overeating or bingeing!

    Food today has been:

Breakfast - nothing as had a lie in
Lunch - tinned salmon and philly light salad sandwich, cup of chicken noodle soup and a banana
Dinner - hm chilli, with extra lean beef mince, served with a toasted pitta bread, Solero lolly ice and 2 pear halves in cranberry juice
Snacks - couple of little pretzel thingies, several cups of tea and a glass of light cranberry juice.

I made some barley water tonight - it looks a bit manky though - kind of a creamy yellow colour - don't know if I fancy it......

Hope you all had a good day!

Ate some absolute pap this evening. Everything was fine until OH went to work and I got bored, so I ate 3 single finger Galaxy choc bars (approx 120 kCals each) and 2 blueberry muffins that I made today.

Wasn't hungry but the toad came calling. Not too bothered though as my WI was this morning so I have a full week to get things straight again :)
