Mornin everyone :hello:
Well....
Yesterday had good and bad news. The good was that my blood results were OK YAY!! However, my PCOS is going ballistic and I've put on 2lbs and am suffering quite badly
My BMI is too high for them to put me back on the pill, so I've a stone to lose first before they will look at itI had to change as I was getting bad headaches and now they won't put me back on it until I've lost weight.
So I'm stuck now as I know with my PCOS going mad I've a real struggle to lose any weight at all.
Oh well... I take consolation that my blood sugars and cholesterol levels were fine.
I have had a long long think about it and will keep going, in fact I'm going to spend a 'me' day sorting things out.
Have a good day everyone...
I haven't planned food diary yet for today but brekkie was cereal and lunch will be meat/cheese free salad. I've some melon for snack this morning - yum!
see you all later.....0 -
thank you isparticus
, let me know how you get on.
Kiwichick can you access a costco or macro? can bulk buy cheese and some nuts/seeds then. Asian supermarkets are good for nuts and seeds too.
Cheese is good for freezing, especially if you grate it first.
My plans for the day have gone haywire, am supposed to be on a training course in birmingham but got halfway there and realised I was way too tired to drive safely so stopped for a coffee and turned around and came home!Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0 -

Hi all,
Extremely busy today in work so I didn't get my lunch until 3pm then was in work til 8.30 so I just gave up on having any tea and ate a stale bread roll. I am just about getting through by the skin of my teeth at the moment, still got lots going on so i am all over the place.

Flying by the seat of my pants I think0 -
Floyd - hope you get back on track tomorrow! am pleased to see that you managed breakfast though!:T
Have had some bad news which has knocked me about and if I had chocolate in the house I would have eaten it - did have a few squares of cooking choc but it was horrible. I always head for food when I'm stressed.Weigh in tomorrow but wont be expecting a loss - much more likely to be a pound or so on but under the circumstances I really dont care.
catch you all in the morning - take care xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
