Morning all, well done to all the losers and sts, comisserations to gainers, and welcome to newbies.

I've had a good week, I went for acupuncture in desperation, for help controlling cravings when I'm stressed, and am managing them much better. I haven't binged at all since, though I have been very stresssed, it's possibly all a psychological effect, but who cares! Early days yet, but I'm at the point where I'll try anything, and this is relatively benign compared to ops and medication.

    Food yesterday:
    B: museli & banana (2)
    L: half a cheese & ham panini
D: large helping h/m shepherds pie, (3) loads of red cabbage with apple & raisins (2)

    Today:
    B: museli & banana (2)
    L: toasted sandwich & salad (1)
D: s/c chicken/chick pea korma, rice, (3) cucumber salad, (1) peas, (1) h/m naan, fruit salad & cream (2) or a chocolate eclair (not sure yet)

Have a good day everyone, jay xx
    Anytime;)

Ok so after half a week of rubbish I am back on the wagon today as I am feeling a bit better so I am more likely to cook real food.
I am expecting a gain next week but as long as I am still under the magic 11-stone something mark I will be happy :)

B: 2 wholemeal toast, no butter, cheese spread

L: HM Lentil soup and small wholemeal roll

D: HM veg lasagne with a huge salad

S: Probably nothing as the lasagne uses proper cheese so its quite hefty :)

    Have a great week all
  • Hello
Quick catch up, well done Becca on your small loss it certainly improves the motivation doesn't it. Why is weight loss as much in the mind as in the stomach?? Why do I want to keep going when I've done well but give up when I haven't - it should be the other way round.?

Still feeling rubbish, can't shift my cough. Friday OH brought in chips which went down well with lashings of tom sauce. Sat had grapefruit and nat yog for brunch and then pm HM pies with roast tatoes cabbage and broccoli, for pud had HM apple and blackberry crumble I had yog with mine not cream. (Cept now guests have gone and I've almost a whole pot of cream to use up.Hmmm.)
There looks to be some salad stuffs to use up in the fridge so todays menu will include this and some HM soup. Had cereal for bfast.
Excersice - none this week since am so tired and fraid if I swim I will go into a coughing fit and drown. I miss the pool even though only went once a week.
