Today is harder as I'm off to my friend's for a birthday lunch and I have made her a cake but this is my meal plan-ish
Breakfast - Toast, marg, jam
Lunch - Unknown, piece of birthday cake (just the one)
Dinner - Left over Pasta from last night
Snacks - Fruit, Yoghurt

Hi all,
Haven't been on for a few days because I have felt utterly dump with a cold and cough so as a result my eating has been up the wall. Not particularly large amounts but just the wrong thing. I'm not going to weigh this week as I it is also TOTM so I could quite feasibly weigh half a stone more than normal and I don't want to throw myself into a spiral of comfort eating.
B: Nothing yet (sorry Tappy)
L: Chicken soup with bread, the only thing that makes me feel humanNot sure yet, my stomach is telling me I want fish fingers in white bread and my heart tells me casserole with veggies. We'll see
Have a great weekend all0 -

Oops. I gave in to the temptation of a bacon sandwich at work
the bacon was grilled but even so...not good for weight loss and as it was from our canteen not good for money saving either  naughty naughty I was. That has to stop. I must stop taking cash in to work, I don't need it with me so wont take it in future then I can't give in to temptation.

Hi guys,
Well done to the loosers!
Having a good day today, made fritatta for tea to use up the "end of the week" veg. Today it had 1/2 bag spinach (obv seemed much less once wilted) 6 tomatoes, 1/2 tub cherry toms, 1/2 onion and a few mushrooms. I use 3 whole eggs and 3 extra whites for fat reducing and only used a little cheese. I ate about 1/3 of the fritatta so think I'm doing ok portion wise.
Not done much exercise- only done the pick up from nursery today so about 1.4 miles. Played outside in the freezin' scottish weather with DD and her friend this afternoon- surely body has burned off some cals just keeping warm!!!
Work over the weekend will be a struggle food wise; I do learning/ physical disability support work which is fab but tomorrow's shift involves chinese takeaway for tea. Am also there 11am tomo- 11am on Sun, so its not as easy to be healthy eating out of someone else's fridge! I'm going to take in a big bag of fruit for tomorrow's lunch and Sun brekkie to keep me on track.
Had a think today about goal setting, don't want to aim too high and fall flat on my, (well padded but would still hurt) bum. I think if I can end this year weighing less than I started I'll be happy. That gives me about 12lbs to loose, or 19lbs to loose so I can put on 1/2 stone over xmas and still make my target- only kiddin!!!
Have a fantabulous weekend everyone!! x xMARCH GROCERY CHALLENGE £118/ £2500 -
STS again this week...must try harder
Food today was strange, slice of bread and half a boiled egg left by DGS2, 2 small slices bread with tuna on top, fish pie and lots of salad, followed by cheesecake and cappucino for lunch, 2 figrolls and coffee, small piece of dark choc, 5 dried apricots and finally 4 cream crackers with cream cheese...see what I mean about trying harder??
Congratulations to all the losers...well done all
