Mmmm, the plan is not going so well today
instead or sandwiches for lunch I [STRIKE]was forced to eat[/STRIKE] really fancied fried egg on toast so I had 2
Also, as I am making my Present Xmas puds, I have had to open a choc steam pud so that will have to be eaten tonight along with my jacket spud......oh dear that sounds really bad so I might keep that for the kids tomorrow night!

Hiya just a quick catch up. I've just weighed in as i havent done it for ages n i've lost 1lb. Was really suprised and pleased, this is now the least i've weighed since having my little boy. I've been keeping a food diary and although i've not been eating 'bad meals' i've been eating enough to fill me up. I've found that not thinking about 'dieting' i've found it easier to control my eating habits. prob cuz i'm one of those people that as soon as they say right i'm gonna eat really healthy n knock rubbish food on the head all i want to eat it rubbish food, so i've not deprived myself but i've found that i've hardly been snacking too. I'm now only 4lb away form my target weight woo hoo. I'll prob just pop in once a week to weigh in and update

Weighed in this morning after my first week back on the weight-loss wagon and have lost 1 1/2 pounds :j I am pleased with this, especially after munching my way through several twinks whilst watching 5 episodes of Desperate Housewives to clear the Sky+ on Sunday
Not been too good so far at writing down what I eat as I go along each day, so need to try harder on that front. Need to come on here more often too as it's encouraging to see how other people are getting on. And also what people are eating, as I sometimes lack imagination when it comes to diet-friendly food.
Good luck to everyone with a weigh in coming up, hugs to anyone not doing as well as they'd like. You can do anything, make anything, dream anything. If you change the world, the world will change.0
