    Hi all,

Well done to all the losers and triers :D

Had a pretty rubbish day yesterday as we went to a vegan cafe with a friend and the food was absolutely dreadful. I just don't understand why they can't produce something a bit more imaginative, I cook vegan stuff regularly for friends and manage to produce stuff that meat-eaters and vegans can enjoy so why can't they? I had a dal with brown rice which had been sitting round for far too long and was lukewarm at best, my friends mushroom stroganoff was revolting and tasteless.
Anyway, we left most of it and ended up getting a takeaway curry later :o

    So yesterday was
    B: nothing,
L: 1/4 potion dal and rice,
D: chickpea curry and rice with poppadoms

Today will hopefully be better but I feel like eating rubbish as I am still under the weather

    B: Nothing (tut tut)

L: Brown baguette with cottage cheese and cucumber

D: Not sure yet, will be at my sisters

Have a good week all ;)

    Mornin'

Well a bit of a gutting visit to the doctors yesterday and now I'm in for loads of tests :(
I'm having bloods done on Friday for absolutely everything:eek:
She's going down 3 possible routes, none of which I'd be pleased with :(

Whatever the outcome I NEED to lose the weight now more than ever, so I decided to get a better focus and joined WW. I'd really hoped I could do it on my own - but I can't.

I'll pop back later when I've had time to let things sink in a bit.

well done to all the success stories and keep going all those that didn't get there this week, there is always tomorrow...

    ;)

IKWYM, there's a veggie restaraunt down the road from work which has good reviews  but I've eaten in there 3 times and it's always been tasteless, boring and often lukewarm
OH is a meat eater but he loves my veggie cooking :D and wonders why they can't provide tasty stuff. He reckons that this place gives veggies a bad name!!!

(((((hugs)))) moneypooh, hope it all turns out alright.
