Hi all,
Had a fabulous time at the wedding, the local paper turned up to take pics so will have to have a look to see if I can find it today. I am also pleased that I was pretty saintly in terms of what I ate and drank, so much so that I came in well under my usual calorie alowance.
So yesterday panned out like this:
B: 2 wholemeal toast with marmalade
L: Proscuitto and melon, roast cod with veggies (no spuds), raspberry sorbetNothing! Thats right, I didn't touch the buffet! I did on the other hand have 6 vodkas with soda water and lime and 2 slices of toast when I got home to stop me feeling ill in the morning
I weighed this morning and have lost 1 lb which may or may not be water loss due to alcohol but who cares, its a loss and I haven't slipped up this week so I am happy :T0 -
Floyd - well done!:j :T
had a long day at work.
B - 1 toast and marmalade and a sachet of oat so simple
S - banana(1)
L - tinned mackerel on toast with a huge salad(2)
S - 3 dried apricots and a jaffa cake(1)
D - lemon and pea risotto(1) only ate a bit though cos it was yuk:D so had some tinned spaghetti on a slice of toast instead
S - skinny cow lolly
only just scraped in with my 5 today. Must do better tomorrow!Do what you love :happyhear0 -
WHOOO!!!
:T
Weighed in this morning at 81 kgs!!
That means I've lost 1,7 kgs this past week! :T
Which is a big surprise as my eating has been chaotic AND we had a Samhain party last friday night.
I didn't snack a lot I must say (just didn't have time..) but did drink a fair bit of red wine.
Decided against my usual fav. bevvy of Scotch Wiskey as that is bursting with calories so I guess that wat a great choice!
It's lovely to have this thread to talk about this! That's what helps me a lot. To be able to tell people what I've done. It keeps me in check as well. Don't want to have to confess that I binged!
Oh well, our sunday brunch is about to be served. A fry up as usual. I'll take it easy but will eat and enjoy it. It's our family tradition and we love it.
Did it last week too and still lost weight so I'll be alright I figure.
Thanks all!
Congrats to all who've reached their goals this week!

Hello
I'm back, was away all last week but hope to have lost when I WI tomorrow. I bought a new pair of trousers yesterday in size 14 - usually wear a 16. So pleased but a little tight so must keep going or will be a waste of money and too demoralising for words to not be able to wear them.
Have been trying really hard all week, upped my fruit intake, and had no rubbish mid week (week end was another matter.) This weekend not been too bad though so should balance out over the 2 weeks. Am off to a friends this pm and will be taking a HM veggie lasagne and salad with me.
Had a large bowl of fruit salad and natural yog for brunch.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
