Morning well done to all you loosers and sts. Having another hungry day again but i WILL be good today. Had a look through my cook yourself slim book last night, forgot how many yummy recipes there are only prob is they sometimes use quite pricey ingredients so will have to substitute them for a more purse kind price. I've decided i'm gonna make a big pan of spicy tomato soup (only 80cals per serving), gnocchi bake yummy comfort food n not too high in cals n can freeze a few portions too, mac cheese (will use really strong cheese so i can use less in sauce n add some veg too). Cant wait, this is making me hungry!
Need some ideas for puddings tho. I was looking at making some muffins, i came across a recipie that substitues sugar for apple sauce to make them more 'healthy' but im not sure. Are there any healthy puds out there? Little un n OH are not too keen on fruit jelly or yoghurts n i refuse to make 3 lots of pud!

    Today
    B - cereal
L - egg n bacon sarnie (freebie, big but will stuff me till tea)
T - pasta bake maybe, i'll see what i've got in

    Have a good day everyone

I might as well give up today
Had toast before leaving home, bus was freezing so when I got to work I ate my lunchtime sandwich and I've just had an eccles cake:o

Belly dancing at lunchtime so I'll have to grab another sandwich, I'm at a work thing later so won't get home until about 8pm and we've got Environmental Health visiting then about the shop opposite............

I think I'll abandon all hope today

I am having a good week so far, didn't get chance to post yesterday so:
B: 2 wm toast and marmalade
    L: Pasta and sauce
D: Fish pie, green beans annd carotts

    Today..

B: 2 wml toast and 2 poached eggs
L: tomato and butter bean soup hm
D: salmon, spicy hm wedges, peas and sweetcorn
  • Had a health check yesterday. It was the first time I'd properly weighed myself in ages and I've lost nothing! Although my clothes are a bit looser so I'm guessing that I'm losing fat and gaining muscle so that can't be bad!

nickynoo8 the spicy tomato soup sounds good, any chance of the recipe?

    My diet is getting boring.

B - nearly all of a piece of wholemeal toast with bovril and cheese on
L - 1/2 a dairylea cheese slice and bovril sandwich on wholemeal.
D - oooh oooh is it going to be cheese and bovril? No (hurrah), it will be some kind of quorn fillet with a little bit of veg.
    S - couple of mini oreo's, 1/3 of a galaxy kisses

I am so sick of cheese and bovril. My sis-in-law is a vegetarian, so no tuna or anything in the house. Have to have protein at every meal so having low fat cheese as its all there is! They live off junk food. There is chocolate everywhere. I have pmt cravings.

Tomorrow I am going to visit my friend in Brighton, while my son goes out with his uncle and cousin. I am going to buy some soup, and some cooked meats to nibble on.
