Evening everyone, i'm back and i must get back on track. Had a total nightmare over the last 2 weeks. First my laptop died (just got new one today), then my CH went loopy and then everything money wise just seemed to go pear shaped on me. Just when i thought things couldnt get any worse! Hasnt all been so bad tho. The day i was most down n really starting to wonder how iwas gonna fix it all i was asked to go for job interview. I went n they offered me the job there n then n could i start the next day. Ok so its only part time in a small supermarket but that extra money coming in has saved me from going mad. Got weighed this morning n nearly fell over. I've lost half a pound, not much but ive somehow lost 10% body fat n gained 12% muscle. How i dont know. It must of been all my running round like a headless chicken. Food wise i've really not been too good latley, lost of ready made n mum bought take aways:o My gut and immune system have suffered terribly because of it too. not due to go shopping till next week either. still got a few healthy bits in so i just need a kick up the bum to get me on track again.

Hi all
Thanks for the warm welcome.
Breakfast: Boiled egg. Apple. Fresh orange juice and Tea.
Lunch: Baked potato and cheese - this was an emergency substitution since a new soup recipie I tried did not taste so good!! I also had a small individual home made apple crumble with low fat youghurt.
Dinner: Since OH is away in Denmark this week I have been invited to eat a my mum's. Tonight we had Baked potato (oops 2 in one day) with cold ham and salad. Also indulged in a mince pie with cream for pud. Yum.
I have also drunk far too much tea today and not enough water. The heating at work has been switched off and it's freezing so I seem to be looking for hot drinks. I do feel a bit dehydrated tonight though.
Good luck to all the other newbies and thanks to everyone else for the inspiration.

What???
Nothing wrong with drinking tea - in fact:

Drink what you like. The so called caffeine effect is negligible. The only calories in tea and coffee are from what you put in them.0 -
Well, yesterday I did substitute my egg mayo sandwich for a couscous sald which is a lot healthier
Today my plan is:
B - toast
L - egg mayo sarnie
