    Good luck Tappy!

Well done to all the losers and big hugs to the triers :)

I did post this morning but its disappeared!

Well I have been pretty good today considering we ate out tonight.

B: Porridge with skimmed milk and water

L: Egg sandwich on wholemeal bread

D: Moroccan harira soup with a chunk of bread from a small turkish/moroccan place in town, very nice too. I resisted the urge to have a chicken kebab as its my favourite but it comes with pitta, hoummus, rice and other bits which soon racks up

I am hoping to be back on track by Saturday as my weight has been very up and down due to poor digestion. We are at a wedding on Friday so it will be tough to be saintly but I will try my best.

    D...Roast turkey, stuffing, chips, salad, apple pie and custard, cappucino with sugar and plain biscuit, pint water;
Sn...apple, dried fruit, pear, more water.

Will try to do better to-morrow!

  • Good to see lots of new faces joining us, welcome ladies and good luck all!

Yayyy jojo, well done you!!:T :T

Today has been a bit of a disaster, not only did 2 boxes of fudge appear in the office, someone restocked the bickie tin too ..... wish I could say I resisted but, well, I didn't:o Didn't eat my pear or yoghurt by way of compensation.... that should have covered a couple of bits of fudge, but as for the rest of it:eek: ........ ho hum, it's eaten now!

I did do 34 lengths at the pool last night though, first time I've done more than 30 so pretty chuffed :D

Evening all :D we're now in Eastbourne, so mealplans will probably go down hill!

B - 1 piece of wholemail toast with LF philly
L - 1/2 a LF cheese and bovril sandwich on brown bread
S - 2 small pieces of green & blacks butterscotch milk chocolate (for pmt!)
D - Small portion of quorn spag bol with inside of one piece of garlic baguette, followed by 2 small spoons of vienetta (how retro!)
    Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j
  • Well, I ended up making some twinks today with the kids and as such I have eaten only 3.....thats good for me as usually I can't stop eating them ;)
    So I ended up eating:
    B - egg mayo sarnie :o
    L - egg mayo sarnie :o
    D - healthy mushroom pasta bake :D

    Snacks - 3 x twinks

I am going to start tracking my F&V portions too as I rarely get to my 5 a day  Also, now the egg mayo is gone I don't have to worry about eating it :rotfl:

    Tomorrow my plan is:
    B - natural yog & banana (1)
    L - Leftover pasta
    D - beef stew with veg (3)

I will try and fit an apple in somewhere to get to my 5 :j

Well done taplady, cor you are close to your target! Made me think I should have a target too. Been too scared to have one before as it would have just served as a pie in the sky dream to feel bad about not attaining. But now feel it is maybe possible... so.... I'm going to go for 11 stone by christmas. That's 1 1/2 stone to come off. Maybe a bit ambitious but what the heck.

Had a nice reasonable dinner of hm prawn pad thai. Followed by a few vodkas and a couple of beers which was a bit naughty. But have been worse, still in the realms of respectability I think.

The danger time is this weekend when we are visiting the in-laws and kids for a halloween party. Their house is full of junk food and chocolate and sweeties at the best of times so will be even worse for a party. I will have to excercise self control! OMG!

JoJoB - I actually got to my target back in February but its been hard work since then maintaining it! but I go to SW as its free as long as I'm within 3 lbs over or under my target weight. I'd like to get back to it (or under slightly) by Christmas so i can really enjoy it without worrrying too much.

Will post my food plan later as I havent made one yet!:D
