Afternoon all,
STS this week and am a bit disappointed as I had been reasonably good for some of the week.
Today my menu is:
B....large apple;
L....blt with potato and egg salad, 2 cups ginger tea
D...cassoulet with baked potato, braised fennel
As little as possible otherwise, find fruit hard going in such cold weather, may stew some and have warm.
have a good day all
