Morning folks :j
Still feeling a bit iffy with this sore throat/cold thing so gave my swim a miss today
Did ok yesterday, I had a bit of rice with my curry as well as a mini naan but nothing else until a small handful of sultanas at bedtime.
Today,
B - porridge with apricots and sultanas (2)
S - banana
L - salad, hummus and ryvitas (2) melon and grapes (2)
D - courgette and mushroom frittata with SW wedges (2)
Might have stewed plums and yoghurt if I get hungry later.
Welcome to all the newcomers :T :T0 -
Hi all,
I have been fairly absent as I was feeling really down due to continued digestive probs (hadn't 'been' for a week) and eating anything healthy and fibrous made me feel sick as a dog so yesterday I ended up eating cookies for breakfast , sushi for lunch and a curry for tea.
Well it worked, everything is working again and I am making sure I drink plenty of water as I think that may have been part of the problem in the first place
Enough talk of my internals :rotfl: welcome to allie23, princessleia, *BigBird* and xnatalie81x hope you all find a way that works for you
B: 2 wholemeal toast with cheese spread
L: Pumpkin and butterbean soupNot sure yet, going out tonight so will be from somewhere in town. Will be good though
This week will be pretty hard as we are out alot with various friends which usually involves restaurants or fast food so I will have to be on my best behaviour0 -
I'm still on track as far as the healthy MSE meals are concerned, but although that is good I daren't yet weigh myself as I feel I have STS.
I'm away for a few days at a handbell festival so will try hard to keep the calorific and cholesterol intake down.
If you are in Surre/SW London there is the free concert of the handbells at Holiday Inn, Sutton on Saturday 4pm.
All welcome.
Husband loves the "whoopsied" meals... sometimes the bargains are so good that we eat for pennies not pounds.
We ought to make a comparison of original cost and whoopsied cost of the meal.0 -
Couldn't say what I ate yesterday...too much rubbish to think about never mind admit to!
Today I have eaten the last of the pomelo and pomegranate, then had a weetabix and banana...nothing since and dinner will be hm hamburgers and am going to make bagels and buns to go with it, there is cabbage and will have some coleslaw when I get round to making it, might have more salad as well, as we have lots of green stuff in the greenhouse.
Welcome to newbies, good luck to all

Morning all. Not had a good day today. Took my son to a farm park whilst on our hols and got really stressed and flustered trying to cope on my own with him (I'm disabled). Have major PMT and am craving chocolate something chronic!
B - 1 piece of wholemeal toast with portugese sardine paste (yum yum)
S - 2 pieces of a kit kat senses bar
L - 1/2 a corned beef sandwich on wholemeal with red sauce (no brown!)
S - 4 tiny squares of a mini bar of green and blacks butterscotch milk chocolate
D - 1/2 a waitrose reduced fat lasagne
So I am having chocolate but only tiny quantities. Pre-op I would have had a massive bar of dairy milk or galaxy by now atleast!
Still missing my scales, no weigh in yesterday and won't get one till Monday.Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0 -

Beccatje....1 stone is 6.36k (approx!) Where are you in Netherlands, I used to love going there when DS1 and his family lived near Amsterdam...but they are now only 2 and a half hours away in Cork so that is better really.
Marie
Thanks!
I am in the East of The Netherlands. A town called deventer. About an hour's drive from Amsterdam.
So far today I've been good!
Breakfast:
1slice toast with low fat spread
1 banana
lunch
2 HM rolls with low fat spread
will have dinner in a wee bit:
Lasagne bolognese.
Had a banana and apple for snacks today.
Drank loads of tea (instead of my normal amount of coffee)
Hope to keep this up through the evening though.. that's usually my downfall. But I want to loose this weight SOOOO bad!!!
