  • Evening everyone,

Today has been a fairly quiet day (if there is such a thing round here) compared to the past week. Food has been thought about alot today, probably coz i havent had much else to think about.

    B = Bran flakes and a nanana
L = Last of fish and potatoes (my house stinks of fish but it was yummy)
D = This was a bit of a disaster as I was supposed to do a mystery shop and went but the place didnt serve food and by the time I got near home, I was almost chewing the headrest so popped to the local chippy (insert horror face here) and shared a fish supper with OH. The thing being I now feel hungry but will refrain from munching!

Will be good over the weekend I promise!

    morning all!

well done to Rockie and lainz:T :T :T

floyd - done work too hard!;)

Not a good day yesterday - had to do a presentaion on my course that didn't go well(was my first time) and it really upset me - tears in the car on the way home - so as a result the diet went out the window and I had 2 Twinks hobnobs, 2 shortbread biccies and lemon sponge and custard on top of my usual meals - the meals were ok though.Got to do another one for next weel so will have to try and pick myself up again.

    Food today

    B - spaghetti on toast

L - jacket spud with cottage cheese and salad(1)

D - possibly pizza and salad(1) with HM wedges

Need to eat lots of fruit today to get to my 5 a day - banana and pear and possibly grapes plus some raisins should take me to 5 or 6 portions today.

Hope you all have a good weekend!
    Do what you love :happyhear
  • Well done tappy:T rockie:T and lainz:T .... welcome ragz:wave:

Not a bad week foodwise... a few bickies dunked themselves into the odd cuppa and a small packet of maltesers went down very nicely while watching the box last night, but nothing too drastic:D

Having 3 of my closest friends over this evening for a girls night in.... one of them had a birthday in the week and we decided it'd be just as nice to stay in to celebrate as go out and spend a fortune. Nipping out this morning to pick up some french sticks and I'll be rustling up a chilli this afternoon. Not sure what the others are bringing pud and nibble wise but I don't think it'll be low cal somehow so I'll try and be extra good all day... don't want to miss out on anything yummy which might turn up tonight!

    B - porridge
    L- soup
    D- chilli + ?????

    Have a fabby weekend everyone!:D

Gutted, seem to have gained 1 lb

No idea why either because I haven't eaten badly this week and have been swimming with no TOTM to blame :(
Ah well, dust myself off and get on with it, maybe these stupid late nights are messing with my digestion a bit as the other end of things isn't right either

B: 1 slice wholemeal toast and a pint of water

    L: HM soup

D: Not sure yet, going out to a pub somewhere near Nantwich so I don't really know what they have. Its usually hard to eat pub veggie food as its smothered in cheese and I don't tend to order meat when I eat in pubs.

Have a good weekend all, bit fed up but at least I get to see my Mum today :D

I havent kept up with the thread for a while. I popped in to say hi and say that I'm still on track. I've lost over a stone and I only have a bit to go.

This is the last post I can see from frogga. Does anyone know where she is and if shes ok.

Good luck to all the losers.

    PTT

I 'spoke' to Frogga last week, she's well and is enjoying her new job at last after a few 'teething troubles' ;) She didn't mention weightloss, diets of food though other than to ask for a recipe!!

I'm not having a good day, had my hair done then got soaked  and I'm off out tonight with an old friend - lots of food and booze involved
Tomorrow we should be going out walking but the weather looks rubbish

Tappy - I always find a couple of doses of Rescue Remedy helps before anything like presentations. interviews etc.

Weighed myself yesterday after 2 weeks hiding from the scales and had lost a pound. Pleased I haven't yo-yo'd considering I have recently discovered the delights of mince pies with icecream but deffo need to be stricter to get down to 12 stone by christmas. 12 stone 9 now. I was over 14st six months ago so at least i am seeing results, if a little slow! Will be good, er, after the sticky toffee pudding and lemon icecream has been got rid of tonight. :o

One good way to cut down on snakcing has been to get addicted to the BigSnap on the comps forum. 5 hours can go by with barely a nibble! :D

    Hi all,

    Today I have eaten:

    B....fruit and fibre with half a banana and some chopped dried fruit;
    L.... Homemade soup followed by some pomelo and pomegranate;
D....is to be beef curry if DD1 and DDIL1 ever return from my brother's to make it...they insisted they would so who am I to argue..

Spoke to Frogga this morning and she is now Size 16 so is very pleased about that, as Rockie said she is loving the new job.

    Hi all :)

Saversarn we're currently in Marlow, heading down to Eastbourne on Wednesday. Travelling round the family!

Today we've been at Legoland, and then to Pizza Express for dinner. Am so glad I have my new tummy to save me from the temptation of pizza florentine!

B - 1/4 peice of toast with butter (grrr, father didn't have low fat spread, now rectified!)
    L - 1/4 jacket potato with tuna (1/2 a kids portion)
D - 1/4 of a tuna nicoise salad, no dressing, mostly yellowfin tuna, anchovies, boiled egg, green beans and a couple of small slices of potato. Yumyumyum.

    Morning all.

I apologise for being MIA but I well and truly had the toad to stay for the last few weeks but since Tuesday have been 100% and feeling loads better for it too.

I have now lost 1 stone but it has been very slow going which I think is half my problem as I expect results over night (dont we all lol) but now I realise its going to be a slow jog rather than a sprint and I just have to keep with it.

    Food wise today is:-
    B - Fruit & yog
L - Scrambled egg, bacon, 4 ryvita dark rye, 28g cheese.
D - toad in hole )with syn free sausages), 198g boiled pots, cauli, broccoli, carrots and green beans.
Snack will be banana, apple and strawberries.

Am off to catch up on all the posts.

    I hope everyone is okay.
