Morning all, welcome Ragz. and well done taplady on your loss:T.

I'm busily researching for an article, filling in long job apps, and preparing my protfolio in anticipation for interviews, so lots of sitting at a desk and late nights. Not much time to think of food though, which is a bonus.

    Food today:
    B: oatbran flakes and raisins
L: sandwich and yoghurt with frozen berries
D: Charr (yummy salmon type fish), and wedges
    S: fruit

    have a good day everyone
    Anytime;)

    mornin all :)

well done for losing or STS :j

I'm a bit worried I'll have a bad weekend as DD is camping and although sensible, the weather looks cold and wet. I'll probably over pack for her today so she'll be too warm. I know it's silly to worry as she's with an organised group and I know she'll have a blast, but still......
So OH is going to hide anything that might cause me problems - crisps, chocolate, cheese, cake, biscuits etc..... instead he promises to cut me some fruit if I get the munchies (bless).

I'll keep myself busy with DS. We've planned to go swimming and out on his bike this weekend so that should help.

Have a good weekend everyone and enjoy the extra hour of sleep :T

    :jMorning all

Well I know I should be excited that its nearly the weekend but unfortunately I have tons of data analysis to do by Monday because of all the long days/nights work I have done. Seems like a no win situation eh?

Anyway, enough of that hopefully I should be able top keep on track today even though there are cupcakes in the office

B: 2 wholemeal toast with cheese spread

    L: HM moroccan chickpea soup

D: King prawn laksa with a carrot and courgette ribbon salad and peanut dressing.

I had a gorgeous pudding yesterday, Jamaica Ginger cake with a scoop of Mackies ice cream on top :p yumz! All counted and so I don't feel guilty, might have an ice cream in a cone tonight :D

    Hi All,

Just a quickie while I wait for the kettle ;) Well done to those doing well :T

I have discovered the secret to Weight Loss ~ Get a new job! It's SO stressfull and there is SO MUCH to think about that I haven't got the time/energy/inclination/or room left in my brain to think about food! I must have lost STONES in nervous energy.

The school is in an area that is in the top 2% for deprivation. A large, ney very large proportion of the children have behavioural issues. It's gonna be tough. I am still worrying that I've made the biggest mistake of my life but we'll see.

But, I haven't thought about food all week..................................................

This is the last post I can see from frogga. Does anyone know where she is and if shes ok.

Good luck to all the losers.
