    morning everyone!

well, my slip up yesterday was 2 digestive biscuits with stilton when i got home, oops! but we ended up having homemade soup for tea, followed by corn on the cob and butternut squash, so not toooo bad hopefully

    today
b - cheese and mushroom muffin (gargh! monthly breakfast meeting at work, why can't i resist?)
s - fruit (we also get a massive fruit platter for breakfast, so there's really no excuse for the muffin)
l - brown rice w. smoked trout, cucumber and sweetcorn (cold)
t - something with cauliflower, potatoes and stewing celery - any ideas anybody?!

hope everyone's feeling chirpy and positive today :)

    Morning :hello:

Well done Tappy  :j  :j

Didn't do tooooo badly yesterday apart from the 2 slices of toast that attacked me after dancing;)
Throat is very sore today though so I'm doped up on lemsips and strepsils _pale_

B - boiled eggs with wholemeal toast
    S - banana (1)
L - hummus and ryvitas, might get a salad pot from the canteen to supplement it,
    S - melon and grapes (2)
D - Freezer suprise!!! but it will be with lots of veggies :D

I should go to bely dancing today but I'll see how I feel nearer lunchtime.......

Floyd - hope you got your cottage pie at a reasonable time!!

Procrastinator - yup, tinned toms would be fine

BigSmoke - what about a veggie currie? Bit of curry paste, tin of tomatoes, sorted! Or if you have any mince (and your diet allows) you could make a keema curry with mince and all the veg.

Sort of, I had it for breakfast! Didn't get to bed until 2am then got a call from the hospital at 9am to say there was another sample to collect, I am dying on my feet today :o

My food for today will be very odd as a consequence :rotfl:

B: Cottage pie with cabbage and carrots

    L: Nothing

D: Not sure what is on the meal plan for tonight as I didn't get change to look before dashing out this morning. I suspect it will involve Nurofen as I have a blinding headache and lots of data processing to do over the weekend :(

Its times like this I realise why my eating habits got so bad in the first place :o

shellbell: I just made the soup and it tastes gorgeous, did double so going to freeze half and have half for lunch tomorrow...

It was easy and quick to make (well it would have been if my tin opener had not broken halfway through opening beans...can now looks like it was chewed by a hungry vegie dog!)

LOL Louby what a nightmare! I have one of the one touch battery ones that whizzes round all by itself. Heaven.

Glad you enjoyed the soup :T

  • A very tired and late Sugar signing in tonight,

Been a busy day at work, I'm hoping to cut my hours back but I dont know how I'll fit the same work into less hours. Squeezed in 1/2 hr at the gym today so not doing too badly.

    Food for today,

    B = Bran flakes and a nanana
L = cous cous and chicken with cucimber/peppers and tomato through it
T = I reallyyyyyyyyy fancied a fish supper but rather than gain all those extra calories (and hardly OS) I popped to ASDA and got some smoked cod and used the george foreman, I realise this is ALOT better than the first option but wonder how healthy this really was... never mind

Hope everyone had a good day

    Sugar xxx
