    Wow there are some fab meal plans here
    , gives me such cool ideal so THANKS ALL !!!

    Well with hubby home has been a semi disater today lol which is ok i suppose
    my retro meal plan is (or was)
    Breakfast : Apricots (yummy)
    Lunch: steak pie & v small portion of chippies :-( YUM
    Tea: More Blooming soup !!

    And that will be it for the day :-)

    Tommorrows meal plan will be a lot more restrained but i will have a good think about that and hopefully come back later and post it.

    and a v important BTW....
    WELL DONE DROOPYDRAWRES !!!!!!!
    vicky
    :D The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D
  • Awwwwwwww, thanks for all the congrats girls! Wish I could say phew, that's it, job done, but know all too well from past experience how easy it is to creep back up again (and again!!:o) so mustn't get complacent!

    Went swimming after work, was aiming for 40 lengths but couldn't manage a single splash more than 30! There is an advantage to going alone..... less time spent nattering so I can get home to my tea a lot quicker!!:D Had a tin of spaghetti on 2 slices of wholemeal toast (light laughing cow triangle cheese instead of butter.... useful tip someone told me for those who don't like dry toast under their beans etc, like me!) with a bit of grated cheese on top, yum!

    Glad you enjoyed your meal floyd!

    Well done you on the pound louby!:T

  • Evening everyone,

    Bit of a late check in with everyone as I tend to get a little lost on the special occasions board.

    Anyway today my youngest was ill so I had to take the day off work (what a shame huh?) It took a good deal of restraint not to run away when she threw up due to my phobia but I managed it!

    B = bran flakes

    L = Soup and a yogurt

    D = After me WI I had to pop to Morrisons and get milk and bread so got some chicken wings and munched them in the car and then had a WW chocolate bar.

    RESULTS OF WEIGH IN.......... I LOST 4.5LB!!!!! WOOOOOO HOOOOOO

    Sugar xxx

    P.S. Sorry for shouting but I was ever so pleased!

    Well done to everyone that continues to check in here and keep the faith. We can ALL achieve our goals if we stick together and support each other, especially when we find times getting tough.:D

    It seems that it's not just what you eat it, but how fast. I'm going back to chewing everything 32 times. I started doing that a few months ago and I thought it made a difference, but I kept forgetting to do it!
    If we are supposed to be thin, why does chocolate exist?
