Morning all, congrats to all the losers,

I've fallen off the wagon big time, starting with an extended visit to a relative last week, and carrying on downhill from there, I'm really struggling to get back on track. But, try and try again, as they say, so:

    B: museli (1)
L; salad from leftover rice, with lettuce and prawns (1)
D: bean & veg casserole with rice (3)
S: alpen bar, apple & banana, slice toast if very hungry. (2)

EX: walk the dog, loads of housework, try to get on wii fit

    Have a good day all
    Anytime;)

    quickie update to this morning..

My local pool is now shut for 7 months (being re-furb'd) and it's a big blow for me as the only exercise I don't mind is swimmimg. An alternative pool is a minimum 20 mile trip :(

I did get on the wii fit today for 20 minutes and also used my flexi-bar for 30 mins. Feel better now :D

I'm going to look at some more things to do. I'll need some waterproofs if cycling will be my thing - looking at the rotten weather outside.

I've started to get some idea of what to have for meals this week, although not daily planning as I'll mix it around the children.

today: breakfast - cereal; lunch - quick tuna/sweetcorn salad; dinner - jacket potato + whatever; snacks - fruit.

    5 a day sorted:j

L: Quiche with 2 new potatoes and some steamed veggies

D: Not really sure, will try and opt for fish as its usually my best bet wehn eating out. Thats not to say I won't have pudding though ;)

I won't be disappearing though folks, oh no..... the tastebuds are now back in full working order so my new mission is going to be keeping it off, and I will get to the pool tomorrow come rain, hail, snow, whatever... no excuses this week!:p

Well done droopy drawers for reaching target! well done to others too for either losing or just making it through another week :D
    Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j
  • Evening everyone,

First of all i think I speak for everyone when I say :

WELL DONE DROOPY DRAWERS for reaching target. Dont dare take your eye off the ball though. All too easy to put it back on.

Well done also to Procrastinator on your weight loss!!

I was back at work today and I thought it was going to be a tough day but for once I was glad that my IBS was playing up.

B = bran flakes, no bananas that were ripe :(

L = This was late and the canteen at work closed at 1.30pm, so went to a local farmshop place and that was closed due to staff illness. So went to a wee cafe and got 1/2 a bowl of soup to try to see if we liked it:rotfl:then decided on their special which was sandwich with a selection of cakes and scone with tea/coffee. My gut was playing up by this time and I managed the sandwich and half a scone. So brought the other cakes home and they are in the fridge and the kids can have them tomorrow. Don't know why I feel pressured to eat like this when I'm out!!!

Then went to the gym and went on the cross trainer for 30 min. and oh my god.... this gym buff came in and even though I had done my 30 min I had to pretend to work out a bit more and have a real good look, bloody machine kept beeping though and highlighted this to everyone else in the gym as I couldnt hear as I had my ipod in. This will teach me!!!! :rotfl:

Weigh in tomorrow night and by gum, I better have lost something!!!

    Sugar xxx

    I've waffled again, sorry!!!:p
