Stayed the same this week - I put it down to tiredness, being up all night with poorly bubba and craving starchy food.

Feeling good though - actually managed to zip up my knee-high boots and go out wearing a dreass and belted jacket, all ladylike! OH did a double-take and said "blimey, is that what cutting out the cream-cakes does then?" :D

    hi all,

I'd like to join in with you all. I had a gastric bypass in July and in the 3 months since have lost 4 stone. My meals have to be low fat, low sugar and high in protein, and are very small. I don't want anyone to look at my meal plans and say oh no thats not enough to live on lol.

    Today I had -

B - 3/4 small piece of wholemeal toast with low fat brussels pate
L - 2/3 can of weight watchers tomato soup with a small amount of low fat cheese
    S - Pack of wotsits
D - 1/2 one egg ommlette with smoked salmon and small amount of low fat cheese

Managed 45minutes at the gym, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the recumbent bikes. I'm registered disabled and have severe joint problems so that's quite an acheivement for me!

Does everyone weigh on the same day? I tend to weigh on Mondays.
    Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j

  • Evening everyone,

Today I was up early to get the free toy from woolworths so have been on the go constantly, I even went for a walk with a friend and got a coffee at the end of it. 10 miles! Yup, 10 miles! Bloody knackered now!

    B = asda special k equivilent

L = soup and a sandwich (ww bread)

T = This was very late and although I fed the kids a fish supper I didnt have anything till I got home. I had scrambled egg and toast.

I am supposed to weigh in on monday but i cant because of work so will have to do it on Tuesday. Fingers crossed I have a weight loss as I have done ALOT of exercise this week!

Hope everyone has had a good day!

    Morning folks,

I did have pudding yesterday and it was absolutely delicious, bakewell tart with a dollop of whipped cream :) Also had some pretzels while watching UFC 89 on TV.

Back on track today even though there is still lots of pudding and potato salad left :(

B: Nothing yet but probably just toast and marmalade

    L: Soup

D: Cold pasta salad yo use up all the leftover bits from yesterday

S: Nothing, don't have much in really
  • Well done on that there lb floyd:T :T

    Hi All !!
Sorry for not coming back earlier work is CRAZY !!!!! shooting 6 days a week at the monment so you would have though dieting would be going well (oh heck i need to do some explaining) but we will ge tback to that in a moment, Firstly....

Droopydrawres: i hate it when your diet buddy de-diets is always a test of the old willpower, glad you got back on the horse and rode solo though, now you are in control !!.
Floyd: Well done on your loss !!
Shellbel: WELCOME and good luck. You have done something huge and so good luck with the future.
Sugarhunny: Thats a long old walk but remember to up your fluid intake to make the most of it!

Well now on to my explaining.
Had a good week last week and ,lost another 1 1/2lbs to take me to 9st13lb which felt great ep as my goal was 10st 2lb. But then i had lunch out with friends on thurs and completely jumped off the wagon ALL DAY. got strongly back on to make up for it on friday then was an aunts 60th birthday yeasterday so allthough i was sparklingly good in the morning i was HORRID ! in the afternoon eating probably somewhere close to my own bodyweight in cake :-). I do regret it as it is my all or nothing side rearing its ugly head again.
But alas time to pay the piper and be darned good and live on veggie soup and other v low stuff till i weigh on thursday.
On the plus side i have to shoot about 7 groups next week so that should keep me busy.
Luckuly i am a weigh-er at my WW group so it makes me go each week otherwise i know i would be very lucky to raise the determination to go.

    Todays Diet plan is
    10k excercise bike.
4 k out cycling out with dog
    Breakfast: Bucket of tea :-)
    Lunch: Fresh curried veg soup
Dinner: Roast with chicken & veg (no pots or yorkies though) boohoo
    Supper: veg soup

you may see a lot more veg soup over the next few days :-)

    Take care all
    vicky
:D The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D
