Well I've not been well this last 10 days (M.E) so went down the slippery slope foodwise.
Not weighed myself but am very bloated and glands still up.
However I have been better in myself today and had porridge for breakfast with some over-ripe peach.
So once down the slippery slope I have metaphorically crashed into the rock and hard place and now looked at the bruises and have looked up at the place where I should be.
Thanks to this thread I can visualize myself getting back on track, rather than wallowing in my own demise.
Slow cooker has home made soup with lentils and kidney beans. Roll on the Trumpet Voluntary!!!;)

  • Evening everyone,

Hope it went better than you think taplady, I think we all have off days/week but I think its more important to try and remain positive and try and remember what your aim or goal is for the long term!

    Today I have had....

B = bran flakes and banana

L = was a mystery shop and there wasnt anything that was remotely healthy, I had lentil soup and half a bacon and lettuce baguette.

D = was also a mystery shop and had a steak with chips but left half.

Snacks today was melon and 2 satsumas.

I have tried to always leave something on my plate but trying to be OS this doesnt feel right but I dont feel so bad when I'm eating out.

Tomorrow equals a fresh day and a new start for everyone. Try and stay positive people! Hope this hasnt deteriorated into one long waffle again!

thanks sugarhunny :T I put on half a pound which is much less than I thought:D but it still takes me to 3 and a half pounds over target so if I dont lose at least half a pound next week I will have to start paying again at SW:eek: thats usually good motivation for me:D

Today is a new day as Sugarhunny says so I'm ready for a fresh start!Tonight might be difficult as I'm out for a meal for my friends birthday but we're going to a pub that does a yummy sea bass and veggies so I'll probably have that and try and resist the pudding.;)

Yesterday I made it to 6 of my 5 a day:j as I had beans for my tea, its 7 if you count the apple crumble:D

    Plans for today

B - poached egg on toast

    S - banana and grapes(2)

L - am using up a pasta n sauce ( not got much time) and will have a side salad with it(1)

    S - pear

D - hopefully - sea bass, roasted veggies and steamed veggies(2) with new potatoes.

thats my 5 a day sorted but will try and squeeze a bit more in if poss!

    have a great day all!
