    morning all!

    had nutrition training on friday which made me think. I dont have my 5 a day every day:o( and I'm a partial veggie - no meat just fish) so am trying to do something about it. I decide to record what I'm eating out of my 5 a day to try and encourage me to up my levels. This of course will have a knock on effct and hopefully boost my health and weight loss.
    I'll let you know later how many out of the 5 I've managed!I'm not a great fruit eater preferring veggies and salad. if anyone wants to join me in my challenge feel free!

    Here's the plan for today

    B - 1 x small toast 1 x weetabix with a banana and tbsp of raisins( that should be 2 portions already:D )

    L - tuna and salad sandwich with a side salad and portion of grapes(2 more of the 5)

    S - alpen light bar

    D - quorn cottage pie, cabbage and peas(2 more)

    so that makes 6 in total if I stick to the plan:T :j

    Hello folks :hello: I'll come back if I may :o
    I've had an awful few weeks and have been eating for England to try and cheer myself up but all I've done is make myself more miserable and fatter :mad:

    Hopefully posting on here will get me back on track.....

    Breakfast was poached egg with a polenta pancake, I've just had a banana.
    Lunch is ryvitas with ELF cream cheese and a peach and tea will be pea and spinach cakes with courgettes and whatever other veg I can find.

    I weighed myself last Friday and was 11st 3lbs :eek: so that's 6lbs on from last time :eek: Still hoping to get down to 10and a half stones.......

    Hope you feel better droopy sounds similar to the one I had recently, lots of sleep and soup and a spray of chloraseptic fix it.

    L: Moroccan chickpea soup

    D: HM spaghetti matriciana with a large salad

    S: Maybe a skinny cappuccino later, we'll see. Had a Welsh cake with a cuppa at 11.

    I'm looking for a good week as I went a bit OTT on Sunday. Saturday was fine because I had budgeted for my curry and pie but on Sunday neither of us really wanted a proper dinner so we had bread, cheese and HM coleslaw which racks up quite quickly. Didn't help that I was making a practice batch of HM Baileys flavoured white ganache filled chocolates to test recipes for Christmas gifts. I ate a few for quality control purposes but there are still lots in the fridge.

    L: 2x toast & cheese, yoghurt
    D: cheese & mushroom omelette, couscous, green salad & apple/celery/walnut salad, mmm
    S: fruit, museli bar if really hungry

  • I couldn't believe my eyes.. I have put back the 2lbs I lost, and I was being good(ish) sunday I went for a lovely long walk but amit to being diverted via a cream tea on the way home. However only 1 scone eaten (with cream of course). I really thought I might at least loose another 1lb not put 2 back on. This seems to have happened all year and I am truly fed up.
    Today have had cereal, coffee, 2 small cheese rolls, 2 small cox apples, 150g natural yogurt with honey. Dinner.. no idea feel like going straight to bed.

    2 LB gain :confused: Back to 11st 7lb.

    11st 5lb as at 20.04.09 11st 7lbs 040509 11st6 010609 I wish 2016 175 lbs.

    Hey...I am really tring as the big weigh day is tomorrow...

    So I went fo a mile run this morning...ended up being a haf run and half fast work..but I got out of bed sat six to do it so I am pleased.

    B: Porridge
    L: Jacket Potato, Cheese and Beans
    D:HM slimming chips with egg and tomato

    Lets hope and pray for a loss tomorrow x

    I've just been to Tesco for some fruit and today I've had :-
    Banana, pear, tinned peaches in juice, courgettes, broad beans....so that's my 5 :T and I also had pea and spinach cakes for tea which might add up to another portion:D
    It shouldn't be too hard for a veggie really, shame potatoes don't count :doh:

    Hi all
    Am a newbie on this forum
    am following the good old fasioned WW but in a VERY old style way so i thought i should come on over.
    I am a married mum of 3 who works full time and squeezes diet around everything else :p I started at 11st 4lb and several weeks later am now down to 10st 1/2lb am am hoping to get some lbs in the bank for christmas :D
    I thought i would start with my meal plan for today :-)

    Breakfast: Porridge made with water
    Lunch: Cous cous with peppers & onions
    Dinner: Bubble & squeek with 300g potatoes 1tsp butter & lots of Green veg YUM
    Supper: may have some wetabix later if peckish.
    I sooo need to be in the 9s this week when i weigh in !!
    Also used a little skimmed milk for tea :-)

    Commiserations procrastinator, isn't it just so annoying when that happens!

    Thought I felt a bit better this morning, then I got into work and spent the rest of the day wishing I'd stayed at home.... blimey, it was hot and stuffy in there! Ah well, their heating bill not mine... thankfully!

    STS for me, wasn't expecting a loss this week after being snuggled up on the settee most of the weekend and lots of zzzzzzzzzzzzzz's, so I'm happy with that:D .
