    Thurs intake

Brunch ~ ham salad with dessert spoon coleslaw

Dinner ~ broccolli and baby carrots with chicken cooked in white wine and creme fraiche with mushrooms
Supper ~ repeat of dinner, cos it was so yummy.

Also 3 choc wafer fingers, large glass of white wine.
2 cups of tea, one milky coffee.

I still don't seem to be shifting any weight though, so I must still be consuming too much, though it doesn't feel like it.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    Morning guys and dolls :)

Its almost the weekend wooooooooooooooooooo! I am pleased because it means tomorrow I get to have the curry I have been craving ALL week. There is a particular place in Manchester that does the most amazing veggy curries and we use it as an excuse to go to see my friend.

B: Ended up with Bran Flakes yesterday so might try toast this morning

L: HM leek and potato soup, fruit

D: HM Quorn cottage pie topped with sweet potato, with cauli, cabbage, peas, carrots and a small dollop of HM mint jelly

S: Probably nothing unless I go for a skinny cappuccino somewhere

Although I know I should have lots something this week, I don't feel any different so we shall see tomorrow.

    Have a good day all

Doesn't look like much to me Gravitytolls, looks like far less than I eat. Could it be you're eating too little, and sending your body into starvation mode?

    Enjoy the curry Floyd, yumm!

I'm happy to report a 2lb loss, no idea how, expected to STS at best, have lost 3 lbs in total this month:D so I'm a tad delighted:j :j
    Anytime;)
