Morning all
Still got a bit of a sleep hangover from my late one on Tuesday but hey ho work calls so I am in usual time again.
B: Spaghetti on toast
L: Nothing, going to hairdresssersEither a roast or cottage pie, its down to OH so I am at his mercy.
S: Probably nothing as I am feeling a bit hefty today and want to have a good weigh in this week. I can't wait for the weekend to come, lie ins and time with the OH and no cooking to do woooooooooooo!
Have a fab day everyone X0 -
morning everyone!
Beanie - well done on your loss!:T
Moneypooh - good luck with the weigh in and well done for keeping off the crisps!:T
Louby - welcome:hello:
I have put half a pound on this week! well its not a suprise as I've eaten a load of carp:D but am going to try harder this week as I'm 3 lbs now over my target and my goal is to get back there by Christmas - doesn't sound much but it will be hard!
Today is going to be difficult as I'm working - having a pub lunch out then its chip shop fish and chips on the menu at work for dinner:eek:I'll try and have a jacket spud for lunch and will get a healthy eating meal of some sort to chuck in the micro for dinner - possibly veggie lasagne and have a big plate of salad to go with it - havent got anything HM suitable in the freezer ATM - needto get cooking again!
I've had soaked muesi for breakkie so far.
Hope you all have a good day!Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Morning everyone, I'm Jay, haven't been on here for yonks!
I'm about 4-5 stone overweight  and recently graduated from uni as a mature student. I've decided to tackle my weight/health now.
I'm hoping to lose by eating less, walking, and maybe some swimming/wii fit, if I can figure out how to use it.
Pleased to meet you all:DAnytime;)0 -

Mornin' :hello:
Well WI...... and 1lb loss YAY!!! I know not huge but after the down, then back up, then the same - I was pleased with this.:D
I was feeling great until I was told yesterday that some new medication I am taking may make me gain a few pounds until it's settled down:mad:
Great swimming against the tide for a while! OH is being very supportive and despite craving some twiglets last night he cut up a peach and some strawberries - ah bless!!
I am very positive though because of my friends on this thread. I know that there is no such thing as a quick fix and that I will have little walls to get over, but get over them I will. Thanks everyone:smileyhea
I really should get organised with menus but I'm still 'last minute.com' when it comes to meals. I know planning would stop me just grabbing what's around (not always the healthiest option) and also help me use things in my cupboards better (very MSE).
OK new targets for the next week:
1. no crisps! I know we should never say no, but this is a must!
2. sort out a week meal planner and shop accordingly.
3. sort out an exercise plan. Our local pool shuts this month for 6 months so I need to look at other ideas. Swimming is the only exercise I actually like
OH has sorted one this week, and is keeping to it so far - well impressed
4. spend some time on me, because at the moment I don't spend any.0 -
