  • HI everyone in need of a bit of a pick up. I have been losing weight on and off since sept 2007 ( having previously lost the same stone countless times!) It has taken a while, but I have lost 13 kg or just over 2 stone.

    I am feeling very fat today. I have a funeral next week and have had to buy some new clothes, I have barely even gone down a size. I just feel awful - my chest is the worst enormous at 38JJ and that with an extender. I have about 30kg still to go, but just feeling very negative as I will have to see people I haven't seen for 10-15 years.

    Afternoon all,

    Happy to say that I have lost 2 pounds today, so hopefully that is another move in the right direction.

    Yesterday I ate:
    Muesli with milk;
    Apple or 2, not sure which;
    Large helping shepherd's pie, coffee, small piece chocolate.

    Congratulations to all losers and well done to the triers!

    Marie

    Hey patchworkcat, a 2 STONE loss so far, and maintained too!!! Thats brilliant! The most I've ever lost is half a stone, and that went straight back on:rolleyes: (lost too quickly methinks). If you need a pick-me-up, just consider what you'd look and feel like if you hadn't lost that, plus just one size down is still a size down!

    Tell yourself you're fab, just think, you're not gaining, not STS, you're losing! YAY:j :j :j
