    morning everyone!

speaking of people who have dropped off....! i haven't been on here for a couple of weeks, and with good reason - i really haven't been maintaining a healthy lifestyle, oops

haven't really put on weight though - i'm at 10'12 so maybe half a pound on. still, it's meant to be falling off so that i can relax over christmas

i'm full of cold so not going to the gym for a couple of days, but:
    b - oats so simple
    l - leftover veg ragu w. spaghetti
t - maybe more ragu! or perhaps some vegetable fingers with loads of veggies

got friends visiting from oz for a week from wednesday so it's going to be manic eating and drinking out from then on. i'm determined to try and be sensible during the days though, and maybe get a few pre-work gyms in once i'm feeling better. we'll see!

good to be back, haven't had chance to read backwards yet to see how everyone's doing, but i hope it's well!!

B- 1 small slice of toast at 5.30am

2nd breakfast 9am - small bowl of porridge and skimmed milk

L - tinned mackerel in tomato sauce on 1 slice of toast with salad

S - small apple crumble and cream

D - low fat veggie lasagne with salad followed by a skinny cow lolly.

Nixy - good luck in rounding up the MIA ones! I've tried to drag them back too so I hope you have more luck!:T

Hi all, just checking in before bed :)

Went swimming tonight but only managed 36 lengths this time, found it really hard tonight for some reason. Perhaps I ate too late before swimming and it made me feel sluggish.

Never mind, its better than nothing. Just had some small rounds of wholemeal toast with peanut butter to stop me waking up in the night. Exercising late always makes me really hungry the next day.

Well done on resisting the choc Tappy, I am weak when offered food things by people ;)

    Good luck all
  • Morning all

Had visitors last night so didn't get round to posting... STS for me this week which I'm quite happy with after the pie on Friday and unskinny cappucino with toasted teacake while out shopping on Saturday. Bought a skirt and a couple of pairs of black trousers for work, one of which I'm wearing now, size 10:j :j :j Feel so much better wearing something that fits instead of baggy clown trousers... must keep off the pies and cappucinos now cuz I don't want to grow back into the bigguns!!

Well done on the 1lb floyd, nice one!:T

Gotta dash off to work now, got chilli out of the freezer ready for when I get in from swimming tonight (30+ lengths if poss).... always makes me ravenous!

    Have a good day!

Wow well done on the size 10 droopy  I can only dream at the moment :D

I feel so lethargic at the moment its ridiculous, must be going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark messing with my body clock. This week I will try and get out for 20 minutes at lunchtime so I at least see some daylight (my workplace is pitch black as well).

B: Porridge (40g oats) made with skimmed milk and water with honey

    L: HM Lentil soup, apple

D: HM Quorn chilli with brown rice and a salad

S: Skinny cappuccino and clementines probably

Might be a late working day today so I have to avoid the vending machines :o

    Have a great day all

  • Having quite a good week. Not been indulging in unhealthy snacks and I've been getting plenty of exercise in the form of an aerial assault course (a lot more physically demanding than I expected!) and no skipping karate classes!

Although when doing my shopping this weekend I noticed pretty much all the supermarkets have their xmas sweets & cakes, etc in already! Must resist!
