L: Boots Shapers falafel flatbread and a bag of salt and vinegar french fries crispsRoast chicken, mashed sweet potato, stuffing ball, white cabbage, swede, cauli
S: Probably nothing unless I decide to have pudding, in which case it will be cinnamon stewed apple with custard.....yummmm
I'm not sure why I had such a wobble, I just felt constantly hungry and because OH has been doing the shopping there wasn't really anything I could snack on sensibly. Hopefully thats the end of it and I will be pleased to STS this week.

WI today gained 1lbThis is my first gain in 4 months
DS has been really poorly all week and not eating so we've not been able to eat proper family meals and have just had carp. I've been really ill all week too and have had X having a go at me constantly for being so selfish and inconsiderate being ill at the same time as DS, making X have to look after his own son :rolleyes: I've had enough of all the yelling so I've told him to [strike]fek off[/strike] go back to work this afternoon and I'll look after DS even though my legs are agony and I feel like poo

Not sure what I am doing these days...not really cooking 'dinner' with OH not here...today I have eaten:
B.... weetabix and banana;
L ....2 bowls home made vegetable soup...with duck stock;
D.....Soup as above with 2 slices granary bread, followed by tin sardines on 2 more slices bread, small square banana bread.

Evening all, feeling much better today think my cold has finally gone (i hope). Been quite good today ate fairly well n done my planned exercise too. Dug out my old joanna hall book last night (the walking one) for a bit of motivation n i'm gonna do the 28 day walking plan to give myself the kick up the bum i need!

Angelnikki - dont worry about that pound - you'll soon shift it when you get back to your usual eating routine!
Am out on my course all day today so have packed a lunch of cheese, tomato and red onion relish andwiches with grapes and a banana. I've also put in a couple of Alpen light bars to keep me away from the coffee time biscuits.
For breakfast I've had 1 small slice of toast and 1 weetabix. Not sure about dinner yet.

Well WI wasn't too bad yesterday, STS so I'm back to square one. Usually after putting on what I have lost gets me down big time, BUT this time I'm being more optomistic and pushing ahead with plan A. There really isn't a plan B so onwards.....
This weekend I'm going to have a good look through the cupboards and freezer, I need to plan ahead a bit more. Not planning means panic meals and they aren't always the most healthy
It's that time of year and the munchies and I will be cooking the Christmas cake this weekend. I'm also looking at make some stews to freeze, of course getting my cake makers to help me chop veg

I had decided this morning not to have any brekkie again but after reading that I decided to make something so am happily munching toastcheers Tappy :j

Still eating only at the table, seems to really work for me, though it's shocking to realise how unaware I used to be of what I was eating!!
