Yesterday was disaster, the Oreo biscuits eating did not stop

This morning: 2 soft floury rolls with jam

Great idea about eating at the table leyla-aurelia, and concentrate on your food, I also have a habit of eating while reading MSE, defininately going to try that as well, as soon as I have cleared all the folded washing of the table

    Have a great day all..

Oh dear! Yesterday went up the swanny in a rather wobbly style

So the plan needs some editing:

B: [STRIKE]Toast with Dairylea or [/STRIKE]porridge with raspberries Only ate half as it was making me heave, still hungry so ate a Mr Kipling lemon slice :o

    L:
[STRIKE]HM veg soup [/STRIKE] Haddock and chips in Ikea :o

D: Chick pea and spinach curry with brown rice
This happened but without the spinach :D

    S: Apple
[STRIKE]and clementines [/STRIKE] 2 Mr Kipling Bakewell slices :o then still hungry after dinner I ate 2 slices of wholemeal toast with cottage cheese on and 1 wholemeal pitta spread with peanut butter :(

Today I feel lousy and need a kick in the pants to get going. I think because I am under the weather I just want comfort food so the bread is taking a hammering.

    B: Branflakes and skimmed milk

L: HM veg soup and 1 wholemeal roll

D: HM Singapore chow mein with courgette and carrot ribbon salad and satay dressing.

S: Skinny cappuccino lots of water to flush me out :D

    Have a great day all
  • Yesterday was good but I ate my luch at 3 then my dinner at 5.45. This is contrary to the rule breakfast like a king, etc. My work hours do interfere with more sensible eating, lunch was just a salad so maybe if I viewed it as a starter to dinner?
Bfast today fruit and fibre cereal. Lunch wholemeal roll. dinner potatoe cake and veg. Hopefully swimming this eve as out bowling tomorrow.

    Morning all!

weigh in tonight:eek: not expecting a loss but would be happy to STS. Too many little treats for me this week I think:D plus my IBS is playing up again. I might have to rethink how I eat and instead of 3 meals a day go for 5 small ones as my tum just cant cope with large amounts of food. I suffer every evening ATM after dinner. The trouble with this is fitting it in with work and life in general. Will give it some thought.

    Food today

    B - spaghetti on toast.

L - lunch out with work so not a clue - jacket spud. soup or sandwich

D - dont know yet but it wont be till 8pm after SW meeting.

Hope you all have a good day - Floyd - consider yourself kicked in the pants :D

will report in tonight with the result form SW;)

  • I was actually doing pretty well this week. The work tea break biscuits have been replaced with fresh fruit. So everything was going fine until my flatmate called me up last night on the way home from work saying she was going for a chippy and did I want one too. Where was my willpower then?! :(
  • Morning all! I hope everyone's well.

Well done on the loss beanielou, good luck at the dentists:eek:

Floyd, have a kick off me too if ya want--return the favour though, I did something similar Monday:o !

Hi :hello:mumoftwo, sounds like we have some similar eating issues:o , it's a pain isn't it. Eating at the table worked brilliantly for me yesterday, I was soo bored and couldnt wait to FINISH my food:rotfl: . I felt no temptation whatsoever to snack or to nip out for crisps (my fave food) all day/evening (evenings are my worst time too:rolleyes: ).

I'm starting my first grocery challenge this month--gulp--cos we're really skint until I find a job, so hopefully I can combine eating less with spending less:T

    Today:

    B: small bowl museli
L: eggs or sardines and 2x toast, fat free yoghurt
    T: s/c veg soup, h/m bread
    Snacks: fruit

Walked the dog and going swimming in a bit, will get on the wii fit for 30 mins this afternoon, and out with dog again later

Have a fab day everyone :A

I'm still here, but food hasn't been top of my priorities so not sure what I am eating, beyond that it is too much.

Hugs to all and congratulations to losers
