Well done droopydrawers  :j :j :j :j  thats fab :T
Just got back from our meal, very swanky it was. Although the portions were small, the millions of courses soon add up so I will write this one off I think
1st Bellini cocktail
2nd Smoked salmon ballotine
3rd Pidgeon breast with liquorice sauce
4th Halibut with artichokes
5th Peach and early grey 'soup' to cleanse the pallate
6th Platter of British puddings to share: sticky toffee pud, rice pud, baked cream (creme brulee), chocolate tart and lemon posset all in teeny little pots each of which was absolutely divine
7th Petits fours and coffee
I am full as an egg now but had an absolutely fabulous night with my lovely OH0 -
