Hi I've been following this thread and would like to join please
I've just weighed so......my starting weight is 10st 13lb and I'd like to get down to 10st. I managed it last year but seem to have fallen off the wagon so to speak in the last few months. :mad:
Today's meals will be:
Breakfast: Branflakes S/S milk
Lunch: HM Rattatouie (sp)
Dinner: HM Veg Bake, new pots & veg
Snacks: Fruit
Hope to go for a walk this evening

Just waiting for the menu to appear for our posh lunchI've had toast and jam for brekkie.
Awesome in August - Right, I'll WI tomorrow as usual but I know I will have gained *sigh* My Marissa Peer book arrived yeasterda and I've read quite a bit of it already so I'll try and finish it later today and follow the healthy eating principles outlined in there....hoping to lose 4lbs

Hello folks :hello: I'm too hot :mad: I came on the bus today and the heating was on :mad:
I complained about this once and the bus driver told me it's not always that the heating is on, but that if the engine is warm and the air outside is quite warm the air blowers will only blow warm air :rolleyes:

B rice crispies & OJ, L [strike]toast[/strike] had a banana & a piece of choc instead, D double salmon pasta :drool: S yop/fruit

We've just got the menu and the veggie choice is.......................................Bubble and squeak with a poached egg:eek: :eek: I make that from leftovers :rolleyes: I can't believe it!! Good job I'm not paying
but the apple pie with pecan ice cream does sound nice.....

my evening didn't go quite to plan yesterday, i did end up having some cheese and crackers when i got in, and then ate some minstrels later, eek! not too bad though i don't think...
rockie4 - i'm out for work lunch today too, but we're going to pizza express. think i'm just going to have to accept that i'll have to work it off - i'm going to spin after work and then a brazilian concert, so lots of dancing i hope!
today:
b - fruitnfibre w skimmed milk and a bit of all bran
l - pizza!!
s - prob a banana or cereal bar before the gym
d - not sure, might just be boozy drinks, oops!

Well I stuck to it until 5 and then my friend convinced me to go out...
