Frogga - your menu for tomorrow sounds right up my street :T - I love spuds:D
10past6 - muesli is another good choice and is delicious if you soak it in milk in the fridge overnight! I add extra dried fruit nuts and seeds to mine.
have just had a digestive as I've done DS2s paper round and needed a boost before going to SW, I hopped on my scales and it looks about the same to me - but they never say the same thing twice:rolleyes:
I'll let you know how I did later xDo what you love :happyhear0 -

Today's been mostly good -
breakfast - yogurt
lunch - just a couple of small bits of cheese
tea - spicy couscous with a mound of peppers and spring onions, salad, hard boiled eggs and a banana
snacks - fairy cake, small sausage roll
I think I'll do a target for August - 4lbs seems achievable but I'll be happy enough with less.0 -
Hello everyone - welcome bigsmoke!
I am in a better mood than I was before AND I managed to get through without bingeing:T I have had:
Breakfast - nothing - in very bad mood!
Lunch - jacket potato with cheese and tuna (just a tin of drained tuna mixed with some grated double gloucester, chopped spring onions and a blob of Hellmanns extra llight mayo
Dinner - 8 mini blinis with low fat philadelphia, tomatoes, strawberries and a couple of mouthfuls of DD2's chinese savoury rice.
Snack - banana, Activia fat free and some cherries
Mrs M - I think I have heard of the barley water thing - My Auntie used to make barley water by boiling pearl barley in water with chopped up lemons - we used to have it sweetened with honey, but I yhink I will just use a bit of sugar free lemon squash - thanks for reminding me !
Frogga - lucky you with the spuds - I love jacket potatoes and the are quite expensive in Mr T and horrible in the greengrocers.
Well done lainie on the loss:TJane

Hi everyone,
Part five!!! Where have i been!!! This month has just flown by. Not had much chance to get online lately as internet kept playing up. Had a really busy month too. Not had chance to catch up on new thread yet but will do at some point.
Hi to all the newbies you'll love it here. Loads of yummy and healthy recipies to be had.
Well i never quite made my july target but im blaming my totm. I'm sooo bloated and due to this i'm back up to 10.8ish. My Aug target is to get down to 10.4, nothing too ambitious but doable (i hope).
Have to say tho i've been really good with exercise, n after 3 wks of had slog i'm starting to reap the benifits. My health coach has really helped keep me motivated with my walking. Been doing 16500 steps on average everyday (i have a park at the end of my road so been making the most of nice weather)
I'll start with my food diary tomoro coz i really cant remember what i ate today.
Have a good day tomoro everyone see you later£387.39/£196.46
