Well done to Beanielou, Droopydrawers :j

    Welcome Mellika, good luck :)

I was in late last night so I had eaten lots of fruit and picky bits like oat cakes so I couldn't have too much for dinner when I finally did get home so I am ravenous this morning!

B: Porridge with skimmed milk and water, 1tsp honey
    L: HM veg soup
D: Roast chicken with sweet potato mash, cauli, green beans and carrots

S: Probably just an apple and a banana unless someone drags me to a coffee shop ha ha

Have a fab day all :D

    morning all

Mellika - people weigh in on whatever day suits them - my weigh in is tonight as I go to SW.

In a rush this morning so have justr had a couple of slices of small organic wholemeal toast, one with marmalade and one with blueberry jam.
will be home for lunch so will plan my food then when I get back.

    good luck all!
    Do what you love :happyhear
