  • Morning everyone , have to say a HUGE WELL DONE TO ALL LOOSERS AND STS:j . Everyone seems to have had a fab week, me included. Sunday must be my lucky weigh in day as i am pleased to report another half pound loss. After weeks and weeks of me staying the same it's starting to come off again. YAY.
It's taken me a long time to realise too that loosing weight is a marathon not a sprint , i also had fab results first time i did sw, second time round i lost nowt in 4wks so i gave up n joined this thread. I did sign up to boots diet for 6months (4months left) but got it half price n have to admit i hardly use it now. Only really use it for adding my exercise to make sure i'm doing enough. Never had chance to get online last night as we had a power cut! Right on tea time too and guess what - i've got leccy oven. Thankfully the chinese was still up n running:o.

Morning all, off to the food festival in town today. There are lots of nice continental stalls and displays as well as the usual farmers market so it will be nice to have a mooch in the sunshine :)

    B: Nothing yet
L: Probably something in town so it could be paella, hog roast, or just local fruit who knows :)
D: My meal planner says roast chicken so if we get the stuff at the market today then we will have that.

I am still buzzing from WI yesterday, HUGE CONGRATS to everyone :T

  • Hi all!

Fantastic losses Princess Pixiedust, NickyNoo and Floyd, well done!!

I'm not doing too great, STS--my own fault though, 'had' to eat the kettle chips and twirls we had in the cupboard (banning em now, lol), silly me! Still, seem to be over my illness so feeling better now, back to exercising tomorrow, then here I come, skinny Leyla!! Yay!

Hope you had a great birthday JoJoB

  • Looks good taplady, hope you're enjoying your day off, and tha weather's as nice as it is here.

Thanks Laine, you'reright I probably would have gained otherwise! I'm not going to list my meals today, cos of the crisps and twirls:o , but am having a nice supper (we eat Sun eve because our teen kids like to be out and about with friends at weekends, and it leaves the day free).

So supper: brisket in s/c, with mashed tatties, kale, and fruit salad for after, yum!
