    right people - I'm off to Oz for xmas to see my family - only so much i can do in the time left diet wise - anyone feel like being a diet and excersize buddy?

    I'm a 14 (occasionally 16) and looking to lose as much as possible through the old fashioned diet and moving my butt method

    So any and all support welcome... good excersizes to do for mximum impact etc.....

    Sorry havnt been about for a few weeks loads happened pc broke , friends staying , illness etc but i'm back now and still through that i have lost a total of 2 stones since june 11th so i'm really pleased , cant catch up on posts so i hope every1 is fine and have lost.

    Well my food today was a little more erratic than I had expected because I was in work until 10.30pm! As a result I ate what I had in my desk and stashed in the work freezer so its not very balanced and involved too much bread but I didn't go over my days allowance.

    B: Nothing
    L: 2 small seeded rolls with cheese spread
    D: 3 slices wholemeal toast with tinned spaghetti

    S: Pink lady apple, banana, 2 Fox Glacier Dark sweets, Oats and More ceral bar, wholemeal toast with cottage cheese on it.

    Every meal contained bread, no loss for me this week then ;) I have been very careful but TOTM is looming.

    Well done to all the losers, you are an inspiration :)

    Floyd - STS is much better than gaining!:T

    I went out for the meal last night and had sea bass with roasted veg and steamed veg and new potatoes - all ok until I had 5 profiteroles for pud:o :D wasn't going to have a pud but everyone else did so didn't want to sit and watch them all eat:rolleyes: mind you there was hardley any choccie sauce on them.
    Back to it today. Am on a training course all day - am training to become an Extend teacher(exercise for the elderly) so have packed a salmon salad and some fruit. will try and resist the biscuits at coffee time.

    I'm back having had a great few days, totally off the wagon, it was my 50th on Monday and I started the revels with a visit to family on the weekend and have been out every night since. Dread to think of the damage but I have been resonable with the alcohol as I get bad heads easily, and have not indulged in toooo much sweet stuff (except the bag of thorntons toffees and large bar of whole nut choccy that were pressies so don't count.) I baked more cakes and biscuits than I care to think about but strangely much as I love my home baking I find once I've spent hours creating I'm not so bothered about stuffing myself. Must be a lesson there somewhere. Last night's treat was fun - went to an aqua fit class then swam 20 lengths then went for a mega pizza. Tonight is theatre so will have salad first as some sort of damage limitation. Will weigh in on Sunday then will have to get butt into gear so I can enjoy the xmas revellries. I might be trying to loose weight but don't intend to stop enjoying life. Have a really good day everyone.

  • Haven't posted in the last few days as I have been busy preparing for the freshers fair at uni (I help to run a society). Today I didn't get up until 12 as I had a long day yesterday. So I scraped breakfast and went straight to lunch:

    L: pasta and tinned tomatoes with a little cheese. 1 mug of instant coffee. 1 glass of water.

    Not sure what dinner will be as I my boyfriend is cooking for me.

    weighed in today and i have lst 4lb, so only 1lb more and i have got my holiday weight off!! Thank God!!

    Well done Pebbles thats a great loss!

    I have totally stuck to plan today, mainly because I have been really busy at home so I could control what I ate.

    B: 3 slices wholemeal toast from a small loaf with cottage cheese, vine tomatoes and tons of black pepper (one of my favourite brekkies).

    L: Nothing, I was busy making a Christmas cake

    D: Quorn chilli and brown rice with 1 tbsp soured cream and a large salad

    S: Cinnamon apple sauce and custard (made with stewed bramleys, 1% milk and Birds custard powder).

    I feel pretty good today, tomorrow will be another story as there is currently a cheesecake cooling in the oven to take to a friends house tomorrow night. I have never made a baked one before so I hope it has worked OK and doesn't sink or crack too much. Will make the raspberry coulis tomorrow.

    Hi all,

    Lost a pound to-day, but as I will be missing for 2 weeks from Monday I am going to weigh again on Monday morning and post that so that I will know when I come back exactly how much I need to lose to get back to where I am now IYKWIM!

    Today I have eaten,

    B....5 small slices garlic bread, followed by banana;
    L.....ham sandwich;
    D.....very thin miserable frozen pizza, apple, another slice garlic bread ( about to go off )
    Sn.....apple, glass orange juice.

    Have a good weekend all
