Morning all,
I am in pain this morning, surely something that makes you hurt this much can't be goodThink I just need to do it more often so I get used to doing exercise!
Thoroughly enjoyed my brekkie this morning, I think hot food seems to satisy me much more than cold cereal or fruit so I might try eggs tomorrow.
B: 2 small slices wholemeal toast with 1 small tin spaghetti
L: HM veg soup, appleWholemeal spaghetti zucchini and salad
S: Skinny cappuccino if I fancy one
I might be in work late tonight but I have stocked up on fruit and sugar free boiled sweeties from M & S in case the urge strikes
I also have another pile of eating and cooking apples from a very kind colleague in work so more jam making and stewing required. I am trying to resist the urge to make pies as my self control is very limited around warm apple pie, at least with jam I can have a little on toast or some stewed in my porridge or rice pud.
I bought OH a cherry pie and extra thick cream last night, felt sorry for him as he has man flu. Cherry is his absolute favourite and its one of the things I absolutely cannot recreate cheaply at home unless I use fluorescent red pie filling so I gave in and bought pre-made. I got in from swimming and was absolutely starving but resisted the urge to cut a slab and cram it in hee hee. Might have 1/8th slice when I get in but its hardly worth it when its that small, would rather have a big bowl of bananas and custard for the same cals0 -
Morning :hello:
Head is better todaybeen for a swim this morning before work *polishes halo*
Brekkie 1 pre swim - 1 WW wholemeal with a smear of honey
Brekkie 2 post swim - soaked oats with yoghurt and berries
Lunch - last nights leftover SW quiche with salad and fruit for nibbles
Tea, not sure yet, either pasta or Cauldron sausages.....
Marie - OH hasn't worked abroad, he won't even go on holiday out of GB  but thanks for the suggestion!
No change on exOH's condition today......
I keep thinking that as I've had so much bad luck recently surely it must be my turn to win the lottery or summat :rotfl: Positive Thinking!!!!!!0 -
Meal plan for today -
Brekkie - 25g oats with 25g raisins - made with water - 170 cals
Lunch - h/m roasted tomato soup - 275 cals
Dinner - roast chicken (from the freezer - saved from a roast) on a bed of lettuce, with roasted cherry toms (from the garden) on top - 285 cals
Which leaves me 705 cals for any bits and pieces, milk in my coffee etc.
I'm following a calorie controlled diet with weightlossresources - i was quite sucessful with it about 3 years ago, just after i'd had my ds - i lost 5st in about 7/8 months (including pregnancy weight). Then, of course, i *knew* i could do it on my own... and promptly put it all back on! LOL
A good snack i used to like was to core an apple, put it in a bowl and fill the hole with a few raisins. Then zap in the microwave until nice and soft. Baked apple! Yummmm!0 -

l - lentil soup with a roll
s - aplro dessert and plums
t - maybe stuffed peppers? we've got lots to use up

All the electrical stuff came to day for kitchen...have to get gas cylinders (no piped gas here) and salt for dishwasher before I can use hob or dishwasher, cupboards have to go in for oven, couldn't even get into kitchen to cook anything so had sandwich, apple and 4 toffeepops...feel guilty now...but I was hungry!! Going to bed soon as I am not interested to-night in anything which is not covered in chocolate!
Congratulations to losers, hoping to join you on Friday
Sleep well

Well i had some toffees tonight - eeek! BUT i counted every single morsel that passed my lips today, and i only went 93 cals over my daily target. Plus i did a few 'horsey' chores which must've burned a few calories off. Oh, and totally re-arranged the lounge which invloved lugging heavy sofas about etc... so not too worried about the 93 cals now
lol
Well done those who have had losses!!! Yay you!xxxx

Morning Gang....have to say that I've started feeling better since I've gone back onto loads of veg with my main meal. Not being of the rabbit persuasion myself, salads just don't do much for me
Wish it were different, but hey!---there's a lot of things I wish I could change, & loving salad comes a little bit low on my list of priorities just now
