Just making a flying visit between a short holiday in France, picking up DS2 from her summer work experience and shooting down to the West Country for BIL 60th birthday bash.
I was pretty good on holiday, not perfect, so although I haven't weighed myself the damage should not be too much.
I'll weigh in next Tuesday.;)
My clothes were much looser and I had to use a safety pin on my skirt otherwise it would have fallen down.
That felt good and spurred me on to eat only one croissant for breakfast and not 6!!!!0 -
Just had a sardine sandwich as I was very hungry...just soupy stew for dinner, no bread or potato so it caught up.

Sorry, I have been useless the last week, been busy at work, went to a wedding
and been a bit unwell
The good news is the unwell spell seems to have cancelled out the wedding breakfast calories and I weighed in this morning at 10 st 12. A 2lb loss :j
Just wish the unwell spell would end now

I'm reporting a 2lb gain not as bad as I thought really!
Been for a swim this morning 20 lengths of a 50m pool :cool: then ha soaked oats with yoghurt and berries.
Lunch will be a jacket spud with beans and cottage cheese and tea will be .........possibly a HM curry, not sure yet.
I will be having a couple of glasses of wine tonight, it is Friday and I've had a cr*ppy week .......actually make that a cr*ppy life!!!!!!!

well my sort out yesterday worked and i feel good about life and my food in general. Eating well and i'm trying to look after myself so i hope i continue in this vein.
food today
3 wheetabix and milk
piece of homemade cake - only 50 kcals approx
fresh pea soup and 1 bread and tuna
something from the oven for dinner
yogout and frozen fruit
kcals approx - 1600 kcals
be positive everyone

Just a note to PurpleSkies--I don't weigh either & use my clothes as a judgement of how well [or not] I'm doing. On the whole, it's going in the right direction once more, especially where me nikki-nax are concerned...DON'T WORRY! There's no danger of them leading me into a front page expose of any kind just yet:rotfl: but they don't cut off me circulation either :j

Afternoon everybody,
Congratulations to the losers...have to report a pound up I'm afraid, had hoped to make it to 13 something before holidays on 22nd but maybe I will yet.
Today I have eaten:
B....plum;
L....brie, tomato and cucumber baguette and capuccino with sugar;
Sn...2 stewed apples with a little sugar;
D...not sure yet, kitchen is like a bomb site with dust all over...might cook something on bbq, just to save spending money!
Cheer up Rockie....we are still alive!
