Have more or less been ok today, had fish, carrots, parsnips, peas and potatoes for dinner, big bowl of apple and celery salad beforehand.
Feeling hungry a while ago so have had 4 slices wholemeal bread with cucumber and salt...feel rather stuffed now, have to lay off the bread.

Weight 14st10 lost a pound. Good start lol.
B-porridge &milk
L- banana &gls milk
T- 2xtacos with lots of HG silverbeet, tomato and little bit chilli mince avocado & cheese.
Realise tacos are fattening, but I need to use them due to expiry and I do have low fat mince:o
Have done 30 mins yoga and taken my boys(dogs) for a 30min walk/jog.
Also did some gardening-it all helps.

I've weighed in the same this week I think (can't remember what I weighed in at last week), but Aunty Flo is due any day so I'm not surprised.Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

S - coffee cake with Mum at the WI:o
L - macaroni cheese
S - couple of bisuits
D - quorn chicken burger, SW spicy wedges and salad
S - skinny cow low fat lolly
Today I've had 2 weetabix so far.

I feel a bit happier today as my recent headache has started to go
So I'm going to be looking into my cupboards later and see what I can do with what's in there. I obviously want to be MSE and use everything there but hopefully in a more heathly manner. I'll then make a list of basics and get myself organised.

OK, a bit miffed
Just had a bit of a knock....
As part of my improved healthy lifestyle I'm going to swim. Well I will do until Sept 26th when they shut our pool for 6 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They are upgrading the whole leisure centre and it's time for the pool to close. Not because the pool is being changed but the buildings around it. How frustrating, as it's the perfect exercise for me. The nearest pool to that is over 10 miles away so not very MSE. BOTHER!!!0 -
Afternoon all and welcome to all the newbies.
Feeling a bit better today what with my disasterous week last week.
Food today is:-
B - 2 weetabix, milk and banana
L - Ham & Cheese Omlette followed by some grapes and a bag of limbos.
D - Lean beef, stock, carrots, swede, onion, broccoli, cauliflower and runner beans followed by a Not Guilty lolly and some melon.
Snacks will be a hi-fi bar.
Hope everyone else is having a good day.2 adults and 3 children DD (14), DD (12) & DS (10) :smileyhea and 2 mental beagles.

mummygems - looks like you're on a red day today;) I nearly always have green as I dont eat meat - just fish. I have a fair bit of quorn too.

This afternoon I have made some healthy soup with butternut squash, sweet spud, onion and red lentils.
