Hi everyone i cant believe the sun is shining today! I almost forgot what it was like to have a nice sunny day. Its still a bit chilly but doesnt feel half as bad as friday.
procrastinator- it is the one for the ds lite but my OH said its just the battery thats gone. Not suprisingly tho as i'd worn it every day for god knows how long. I really enjoy my health coach, has some good tips and ideas but food diary can be tricky as its more for the american market (muffins for breakfast kinda thing?!), also kept telling me i wasnt eating enough. It set my cals at 3000 to 3400 a day depending on how much exercise i do but i currently follow bootsdiets and i'm only allowed 1400 cals.

Having a weekend wobble
Nothing too severe, I just haven't weighed anything which usually means trouble but at least I am going swimming tomorrow to minimise the damage.
B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM apple ginger jam (no butter)
L: 3 slices white tiger bread with 4 thin slices cheddar, 4 falafel, HM coleslaw, lettuce, cucumber and mint salsaProbably just a sandwich or soup
S: 3 ryvita with butter
I don't feel like a proper meal today hence us having what we call 'picky dinner' basically buffet food but I don't eat the pork pie or proscuitto just bread and cheese with salad bits0 -
Hope you enjoyed your cosy evening sarnie, know I did!
It's still grey and miserable here but at least the rain's stopped, for now. Had to pop to the shop this morning so stretched it into almost a 2 mile walk instead of the usual 2 minutes each way..... blew away a few cobwebs and I feel perfectly entitled to snuggle down with my book again this afternoon now!:D
Brekky was weetabix, veg soup for lunch and tonight will be lasagne followed by blackberry and apple crumble. Amazed I've managed to stay on track all week, fingers crossed the hard work shows up on scales tomorrow!
Enjoy your hols cranky, hope the weather picks up for you.0 -
Afternoon all,
Congratulations to Earthstrong on your great loss, not seeming to be able to get myself on track these days...back to just four people in the house for almost last two months, so maybe something can be done this week, like living on soup and salads, thought that I would have got below 14 st by now, just can't seem to shift it!
Yesterday I ate breakfast and lunch as planned, then had Chinese for dinner.....rice both boiled and fried and some curry, stir fried veg, sweet and sour chicken, chicken wing in bbq sauce, 1 spare rib and of course 2 pieces of french bread with butter.
Today so far I have eaten:
2 rashers, 1 sausage, slice liver, few mushrooms, more French bread with butter, tea and an apple;
Dinner will be crab with warm potato salad and the rest of the chinese, some more bread and several pieces of fruit, with fromage frais.
Have a good afternoon all

Hello all, feeling a little off colour foodwise this weekend - just can't get my head around it.... Haven't binged, but haven't been good either. Chocolate both days ( head bowed in shame) but i'm getting myself focused for tomorrow and hopefully i can get back on program...
Sometimes it can be such hard work
Take care

Whats happening here? Thread on page 4???????? Where is everyone?
Well I will kick things off, I have a new sense of optimism (or should that be panic) that I have let things slide for too long so I need to get a grip and get going again to make sure I don't undo all my hard work.
B: Porridge with water and skimmed milk, 1 banana
L: HM veg soup, 1 small wholemeal rollNot sure, going swimming tonight so it will be something quick when I get in, probably wholemeal pasta with pesto
I also need to carry on with my water drinking as I didn't feel quite so hungry on the days when I remembered to fill up my thermo bottle in the morning.
Hope everyone is OK0 -
Well done for kickstarting floyd, in need of a bit of that myself. Having trouble with the sweet things lately - sugar really is an addiction! Doing a tesco shop today with the NoW coupon so will stock up on fruit to beat those cravings and really focus on getting a few pounds shifted for friday.
Had benecol drink and apple for breakfast, not sure what I will be having later.
Fancy a long walk doing some blackberry and apple foraging today.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
 OK Floyd, I'll consider myself kickstarted, I have 3 weeks 5 days until my hols and I am 6lb from my target. Obviously hitting target will be unlikely but I'd really like to get as near as damnit and then try not to totally ruin it whilst I'm away:D
Today,
B- HM smoothie,mango banana fig.
L- Alpen and yoghurt
S- Apple
D- Chix curry and rice
And of course my 10k steps hopefully.
Come on fatties lets get going!!!!!0 -
