Morning folks :hello:
Back on track today I hope
Boiled eggs with soldiers for brekkie, egg and potato salad for lunch, loads of fruit for snacs and not sure yet for tea but it will have corn on the cob with it as OH brought some back from the lotty.
I'm a bit fed up though, ex OH is very poorly again, he now has a massive chest infection so they've had to sedate him again  and I've just had a strange phone call to say my dance classes have been cancelled for the foreseeable future - no explanation why though  so I'm a bit cross about that.
I'm going to WI tomorrow as usual but I'm resigned to the fact that I will have a HUGE gain
Welcome to all the newbies :wave:0 -

Hello all,
Ok getting myself back in order today (seems like everybody's doing this) - stocked up cupboards with good cooking food, made some soup (onion and pea), some jelly and planned my food for the rest of the week.
Still haven't binged out this month (very suprised) so i just need to keep positive. Am looking through old posts for recipies to get ideas.
Still want to binge (non food emotional stuff) but feel more settled.
keep postive everyone - 1 minute at a time!!!
hugs

....after an attack of the munchies last night, I ended up eating 3 bags of Mcoys
I wasn't even hungry, just watching TV
I have a real problem with snacks, crisps especially. So today I have decided to set myself a few challenges. If I succeed then I can treat myself.
Week One - no crisp style snacks.
Let's see how that goes...0 -
Afternoon all,
