Thanks dusty and tooti about the address in germany. They'll have to pick the parcel up then because i'm not posting it back to them if they sent the wrong thing in the first place. Shame it's not something i'd like to keep!! xx

Just a quick query - are there many Flyladies who work full time as well as trying to keep the house in order?

I work full time too Tete... (but that's not to say that those ladies who stay at home, particularly with little one, don't have a job to do!)

Lol tia...only you could think that! The last inch of my finger is now totally black, twice the size of the other one and feels very tight. I've just had another salesman knock at the door and have told him to sod off. DD has now written a note and put it at the window...it says...'do not nock here to sell anything because my mum will get very mad at you and that is scary!!!':rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: xx

O bless him - pmsl :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Pigpen - we get two or three a day. Most are fine and just leave when you say no. I think this one realised I couldn't go anywhere so he carried on trying to sell! Right, must do tea xx

I did all of mine and DH work stuff last night, ner ner de ner ner

My XH used to do all of the ironing. It was the only thing I missed when I left. I did wait until he had finished ironing my work stuff to tell him I was off - does that make me a really bad person :p ? I did let him keep the house and the cat.

More than generous! Devious - but more than generous!;)

SSL is your manager allowed to say that to you - I think I'd be kicking up a big stink on the basis that how can you have had a fair interview when opinions are already biaised etc etc

She's my manager but didnt interview me yesterday and has had no involvement in the recruitment process. She is one of the most undiverse people in the organisation. She makes comments about my weight (I am on the large side). Interesting, when I lost 2.5 stones a few years ago, most people were terrified to comment in case I complained about them being undiverse. As if!

Btw, still waiting to be told the result!

Pigpen, hope he gets over it soon, good that he is a smaller dog, they usually get over these problems sooner than larger dogs.

    Where has lil_me got too???

Madbath, sounds painful, I'd have taken it our on the salesman. We usually say 'oh, were getting evicted next week *sniff-ggrarrr-wheet-junky-pose-with-hunched-shoulders* always works! :rotfl:

Actually... it's only if we cut our grass that we get salesfolk... been waiting AGES for a driveway salesperson to come round (I mean, come on, with grass 6 foot high we would be a serius possibility for a driveway, oh and the 2 cars maybe???), but sadly, only kitchen folk.... I don't want a new kitchen...yet.... I want a drive.

OK, better feed the brats, S&S kitchen and tidy up living room.... hmmm.. brats can be banished upstairs me thinks.
