Marriage over don't know where to start

I'm lucky I have a lot of good friends who have been invaluable, but the problem I felt I had was like yourself and Kizzy, it was getting through the evenings and this forum was fantastic. All the people on here who sent me PM's and posted words of wisdom helped me get through the long lonely evenings.

It's not sorted yet, but don't forget, the World only throws things at that we can handle, it may not seem like it at the moment, but we will be better people and you'll find out that some people on here have a fabulous sense of community and are so helpful.

Bank of Slate is a wonderful source of information.

And everyone is here for you at any time.

Oh Dawn big hugs, it's still very fresh for you, no wonder you are crying.
I just not only think of all the past we shared together & how much we have in common etc, but feel sad that we aren't going to grow old together & share our grandchildren as a couple that sort of thing, but that's way, way off.
Dawn, you've obviously got through the not being able to do anything stage, so that's good, as everyone has said here 1 day at a time.
SFH - Was he ok to DS? Is he just upset because he misses him?

yes upset as wants his daddy here and not just seeing him twice a week.
will give you a call tomorrow ,I am so so shattered going to watch tv with him for a little .

Sometimes the little moments with the kids are the best, often the unplanned times and little conversations that you share.
cuddling up and watching something or reading a story etc... those little moments will be more precious for you and your children right now.

SFH I don't think you can sell alcohol on Ebay can you? You might I've never looked!
Anyway - IF it's really nice WHiskey and I mean REALLY nice then look up whiskey auctions... they'll get more from people who know what they're worth

I know how you feel SFH, went to see wall-e a couple of days ago with kids & just had stuff going around my mind & it was really upsetting that the robots were holding hands - I thought no-one wants to hold my hand! how sad is that :rotfl: Shopping today was awful too, If I were you ( as long as you mean it ) I'd tell your husband that's it, & you will then know where you are, yes I still keep thinking things, but I am a million times better tonight than i was this morning.
He is coming to see kids tomorrow & is going to tidy thier bedrooms up with them :T as i told him he can't just have the fun times. He's ok about it, he said he wants to keep busy.
I'm going to try & have an early night tonight, knowing me I'll be back later, or wake up early feeling plop again, but at the moment I feel almost elated, weird..........

Big big hugs to us all again guys!! SFH - Have you tried talking to anyone - I've been e-mailing the Samaritans -started cos I though H was going to do himself in from things that he had said. but they have ended up helping me. It does hurt to type it all out and 're-live' it all but it is also a good way of getting rid of the jumble of thoughts going round. I can't wait till mine gets out of the house - then I can claim all the things I'm ENTITLED to (I've paid into the system and now its my time of need to get something back). I'm also thinking of going bak to college in September get some qualifications etc.

Were here to hold your hand!! I'm so amazed at your strength kizzy, I know I said that before. You and SFH are wonderful people it is just unfortunate bad things always happen to the good people.

So glad your feeling better tonight, hope you get lots of sleep and feel just as good tomorrow.
