morning all! gosh its quiet here so far!

am off out for a girly day today(am thinking of this as a second birthday as I didn't really celebrate the proper one the other day);)
First its off to get my nails redone in a french manicure then shopping with my best mate then lunch with the girls - and one boy - a lovely 17 year old lad who is on an apprenticeship at work but who is great fun.

DH is at work, his back is still really stiff but he wants to make it through till the end of the week.

lovely and sunny here, have been up since 6am, cleaned the house, ironed, played with the dogs and am now having a coffee break! also payday here:j got extra this month for the working holiday I went on:j we are spending some of it on a few sleepers for the garden and a chainsaw:rolleyes: exciting eh?:D

yesterday went shopping for new outfit, but came home empty handed.
today, hair cut + highlights. and I must get some serious housework done. the place is overflowing with the ironing piles from all the post holiday washing.
garden could do with some weeding....still got some paperwork to see to...and this is a holiday?

off to catch up with threads, so can't mention any names yet, but hugs to anyone who needs them and happy birthdays for anyone having one today...

Lovely day again down here, why fly to the med when it's as hot as it is here!!!

Got a real OS day today. After work i'll be handbaking two fresh loaves of bread and making a summer fruit sponge as we've got a BBQ tomorrow and we like to take something with us. My mate is 33 and my Sister is 30, both on the same day so a heady weekend is in order........:beer:

Good morning, everyone.

Cheese salad sandwiches for lunch
Sausage casserole then h/m ice-cream and crumbles for dinner (crumbled up broken biscuits.)

Have changed supplier for my veg box. Trying Abel and Cole now. First delivery was excellent.

Reasonably on top of the housework for a change, fruitbowl contains fruit only so am going to take the steam cleaner to the grout in the shower today. Need some shopping too. And we've all finished our library books so a trip there at some point too.

Having trouble with my handmade bread being too heavy so going to stick some in the breadmaker. And if the little one manages to have a nap and give me some time, I'll be making a cake in my wonderful new cake pan. :T

w*rk this morning and then a lunchtime solicitor's appointment to get dd's travel letter witnessed. I have written the letter and arranged the fee and the appointment - all Mr caringsharing has to do is turn up on time - I'm stressed that he won't. he was meant to take dd to the dentist yesterday but didn't book the time off so middle dd took her instead but as he couldn't remember the time of the appointment she had to wait around for hours. I didn't even know this was happening until middle dd called for a rant. little dd at nearly 12 still has 10 baby teeth so the orthodontist will see her next year for a brace. I'm not surprised as she had no teeth till she was about 14 months.

The soliciters didnt go as well as we hoped but suffice to say if MIL accepts our offer then it will be over for ever thank goodness we had to make a decision on finance rather than right or principle still money can be replaced but not peace of mind will post full facts when all sorted.

Princess Pixie see that Lorenzos hand isnt worrying too much which is good unfortunatly not so good for his brother hope they all settle down for a bit so you can have a break my 3 are constantly bickering at the moment and its driving us mad must be the weather

Looks like a lovely day today last day with the kids as they and OH are off to Jamboree tomorrow for a week:j was going to do a boot sale but the weather is looking pants for Sunday so stuff will have to hang around a bit longer. Car is off to have its service today so will need to use little car. DW & WM are on so just a general tidy round till tomorrow then all hands on deck after they have left

I'm on holiday:T Had a lovely last day with my kids. Loads of prezzies, wish I didn't have so much chocolate tho, I'm on a diet!:rotfl:

Going to a wedding today, glorious weather here!:T Had my hair highlighted and nails done yesterday, feeling fab!!!!!

My grandaughter is the most beautiful baby in the world:T :T :T , but then I would say that wouldn't I?:rotfl: Couldn't put her down.

Two weeks till we go to St Lucia, sun, sea, cocktails, and ?:eek: Aren't I awful?!

Had a meeting with the Head, personnel and my Union on Weds, she ended up stuffed:T Basically she can't get rid of me, so she'll have to lump it!

I would like to sort out my clothes too as I have quite a lot of stuff but don't wear a lot of it so it's taking up valuable space will see how I go
yesterday's visit to the vampire lady was ok and I saw the gp about my feet which I now have cream for
better go and have some breakfast
