Hi all,

thanks for the ideas about the phonecall.
I`ll wait and see if he rings again and if he does i`ll sound the alarm down the phone and then put it down so he`s tied without a phone, thanks betheebee for that one, it will be nice to know that it`s costing him.

If i get any more calls i`ll be ringing very early when i get up for work so that should stop him, the number isn`t usually available when i call 1471 but this time i got lucky.

smokey - glad your feeling sort of better - try to rest when you can though

dd and I have had a little weep as she's realised how little we are going to see of each other this summer
She's had a letter from her new school about another activity holiday - at £130 for three days its a little better value than the last one she did and I will find the money somehow but oh it never ends does it. I think that although I am now working full time it will be too late for this months pay run so i will be on part time wages till the end of august - sigh. I think the only thing that would cheer me up right now would be sharesies of HJ's present from Nelski

You're welcome to join the Atkins one although if you are doing the traditional low fat diet you might feel left out.

I have been on low carb for ten days now and have not been constantly craving crisps, biscuits, sweets, bread etc.

Have been eating loads of salads, veg , eggs, fish and meat with berries and greek yoghurt if I want something sweet.

Have a look at Ted's post about Dr. Dahlqvist and her English version of her blog, it's very interesting and the first eating plan I have been on that I am not desperate to stop!

Is there not a weight loss thats just low calorie or something like that I think the atkins would be too much.

I cant find any I dont know where to look
