Well I have a craving for chocolate, I didn't buy any with my weekly shop (sort of a test to myself - why ? No idea ?) but there's Mars Bars on offer at the Co-op round the corner from me, a 4 pack for a pound.
I'm so tempted to go & get some............

oh chocolate now your talking. there was some on offer in the supermarket but i tried to ignore it calling me and it worked only because i just ad enough money for what i wanted. didnt get cereal cos it would be wasted.
 sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.

I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long :(

I was very good, went round there with only 89p in my pocket for 2 pints of milk, so that's all I got !

    Hi everybody :hello:

Well done Sarah with the detox, sounds like you are doing really well. I would never be able to do anything so strict, I'm rubbish at anything like that. Have been quite good today foodwise - so far, but there is a lot of evening left!

I sympathise with all of you who said about having lovely clothes that don't fit and excess pounds creeping up! Somehow I've managed to acumulate an extra two and a half stone from somewhere!!! It has to go! My target is to lose 10lbs by the time I have a family party on 21st March

Will keep checking in when I need some motivation - like all the time!

Morning all, how's the diets/detox going?? My guts hurt today and I really don't know why... probably something to do with the gallons of coffee I've been inhaling for the last few weeks... I could probably do with a detox!

I'm off to a metal/rock festival on Sunday and cus it's only a one dayer there are loads of clashes over the 6 stages :( Bad times :(

I seem to remember you saying a few days back you had problems with itunes - in what respect ?

It was such a nightmare to load, but now I have my ipod I love it! I haven't actually investigated itunes much as I'm not really into music and not very technical, but I think once I have run out of self help cds to listen to on it I might give it a go. It's more of a me being useless than an itunes problem:D

The evenings are the worst, am quite good during the day but then I want something to pick at during the evenings  Am quite proud of myself for managing two walks though, so don't want to waste that by eating rubbish.

Hate those excess pounds:mad: hate the fact that it's soooooooo easy to put on, and so damn difficult to lose.

You should maybe try fruit teas for a while, maybe every other cup or something, they are actually quite nice. Not as nice as a large cappucccino obviously:D

*crawls in looking very faint & weak* :D

    Hello everyone,

Good luck for tomorrow Mags :grouphug:

sarah - I'm doing it :j since the blackcurrant earlier I have had water, water with lemon & peppermint tea :D . I went shoppng earlier & bought lots of lovely fruit & veg & I cannot tell you how excited I am to be able to eat apples tomorrow  & as for the raw veg on wednesday ... well it's going to be an absolute treat .

There have been tough moments ; cooking tea for DD was one of them :( & watching her nibble my chocolate was another  - it's now very well hidden.

I have had a headache all day but keep reading my big health & well being book to remind myself how much better I am going to feel...eventually.

I had a lovely bath earlier too & feel throughly cleansed inside & out - once I'm in the mindset the thought of sticky gucky food doesnt really appeal anymore - you have permission to quote this at me next week when I say that I'm shovelling crisps & hobnobs into my mouth :rotfl:

Yar I know exactly how bad large amount of coffee are for human stomachs but it doesn't stop me!

I've found a place that sells pretty cheap grapes... I've been snacking on them and unsalted peanuts for the last few nights, works pretty well.
