I did think about that, but to be honest, on the way home I thought, "thank goodness there is no one with me, I wouldn't be able to speak.":o Plus I did enjoy catching up with the downloads on my ipod.

    Fair Enough.

Downloads are free too so very DFW :D

Well I am back from my walk and I am absolutely worn out.:o Took about 40 mins each way, and did lots of walking round the shops as well. Took my ipod and listened to one of my self help cds along the way which helped, but was seriously running out of steam by the time I got about 10 mins from home, I didn't stop as I was worried I wouldn't be able to start again.:D

Used my Boots voucher to get some spot cream which was recommended on the Boots thread as have a feeling this detox lark is going to involve some spots appearing, and some hairspray which gave me 150 points, and also got another voucher, so might do the same thing again next time.

Also went in the pound shop and could not resist buying a big bar of Green and Blacks dark chocolate with gingerbread as I don't think I've seen it before, will save till after detox:D Also saw a magazine I really wanted which I can't find locally, left it on the shelf to give myself an incentive to walk back during the week.

My head has started aching again now:rolleyes: but am feeling very virtuous.:D

I really like Yogi teas. They are so lush - especially ones with aniseed in. I currently have some Choc Aztec Spice that I am enjoying. Apparently they have all sorts of marvellous benefits but mostly I just like the taste. I also like that the box comes with a yoga position on to try - cue much amusement amongst my colleagues!

Am back from another lovely walk, is it me or is it boiling today? Went to get some more fruit teas, avoided the nettle ones as advised, got a mixed box for 87p and on the way out found £1 on the floor, very MSE:D Also got a magazine and used my Boots vouchers, was charged £3 more than anticipated due to reading label wrongly:rolleyes: but it will get used anyway so didn't bother with refund.

I really am very warm indeed! Hope this is a good sign:rolleyes: Off to enjoy a strawberry and raspberry tea:D

    Good afternoon Sarah

Glad the detox is going well, never tried it but I suppose I wouldn't get caffeine withdrawal effects as I only have one coffee a day I usually drink cold drinks all day, unless I'm really, really cold.

I thought it was quite warm when I went for my walk a lunchtime, ended up taking my woolly cardi off & tying it around my waist, although I must say there were alot of people wandering around wrapped up for an artic expedition, so perhaps I'm just hot stuff :rotfl:

How's it going on the "sorting stuff out" front ?

I seem to remember you saying a few days back you had problems with itunes - in what respect ?

Well I have a craving for chocolate, I didn't buy any with my weekly shop (sort of a test to myself - why ? No idea ?) but there's Mars Bars on offer at the Co-op round the corner from me, a 4 pack for a pound.
I'm so tempted to go & get some............
